All holidays must be paid for in full 56 days before arrival including the security bond. Please note that if full payment is not received by this time then the holiday may be cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.
Also a £100 refundable deposit for any breakages or missing items, this will be refunded after 5 days if the caravan has no damaged items.
We ask that you leave the caravan as clean as you find it otherwise a deduction will be made from your bond for any additional cleaning that is required to bring the caravan back up to the normal standard
Cancellations policy: if you have only paid the deposit when you cancel your holiday then no refund will be issued. If you have paid in full then only the booking deposit will be retained if cancelled more than 42 days prior. all other monies will be refunded unless this is 7 days or less. Within 8-28 days 75% will be retained
within 29-42 days 50% will be retained .
The key will be accessed via a key safe and passes will be available for you to purchase from reception to be able to access swimming and starlight entertainment. You will be contacted on the day of your arrival by a member of staff with the key code to access the caravan as it changes frequently. The caravan will be available from 3pm. Check out is 10am with the key back inside the key safe. Failure to do so will incur a charge for changing the locks on the caravan.
Your security bond will be released once the cleaner has completed the check – out process. This can then be released back to you via bank transfer.
Housekeeping rules:
Please take shoes off in the van.
No paddling pools on the deck, ramp area.
No smoking in the van or on the decking.
No candles in the caravan.
Towels are not provided so please bring your own.
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed.
The caravan is an 8-berth van which means that no more than 8 people are allowed to stay overnight in the caravan at any one time. All overnight guests must be listed on your booking form in advance
Please respect other residents on the Caravan Park and keep noise levels to a minimum particularly in the evening and at night.
If security are called to manage any reports of anti-social behaviour we reserve the right to ask you to leave the caravan with immediate effect and cancel your holiday. No monies will be repaid
Please note that restrictions do apply – we do not accept any adult groups who are all under 21 and no hen or stag groups. Families with children and responsible adults only.
We will need to know how many adults and children are in your party. This is for site security regulations.
Our holiday home is equipped with an inventory; any missing items on your departure will be recorded and a replacement charge will be taken out of your security deposit.
The area surrounding the Caravan is to be kept clean and tidy.
Please ensure all appliances are turned off whenever you leave the caravan, i.e. cooker, fire and electric heaters.
General:
There is a alarm for the van, I advise you set this when you leave the van. This is located on your left as you walk into the van, you set and disarm this with the fob provided.
Your vehicles, their accessories and contents are left at your own risk.
Will not be responsible for loss or damage to accessories or contents from any causes except from the negligence of its employees and/or agents. Parking and other regulations are in accordance with Local Authority requirements.
Whilst every effort will be made to return lost property, We ourselves cannot accept responsibility for items left after departure. Lost property will only be held for one month after departure.
We reserve the right to refuse to hand over accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of the Manager, is not suitable to take charge or is not suitable to continue the holiday because of unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property, danger or significant annoyance to others, the contract may be terminated. The hirer shall also be liable for any damage caused in the holiday caravan. We have the right to enter the accommodation (without prior notice if this is not practical or possible) if special circumstances or emergencies occur (e.g. if repairs need to be carried out).
Please ensure that you comply with the site terms and conditions at all times.
If you have coronavirus symptoms, you must inform us or if anybody due to stay in the caravan with you has coronavirus symptoms they will not be able to stay in the caravan either.
Should you or anybody staying at the caravan develop any coronavirus symptoms during your stay please inform us immediately and arrange for the caravan to be vacated straight away. You must also make Thorpe Park aware of this. ...Show less
