Atlas Moonstone 2016, 3 Bedroom (6/8 Berth) Caravan, newly refurbished for 2023.

Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan. The accommodation comprises:

LIVINGROOM - In the livingroom you will find a newly installed 43” smart tv with unlimited WiFi, freeview and is compatible with android devices. You can log on to Netflix or play with our range of family games such as connect 4, Jenga, snakes and ladders, table football or air hockey . There is a coffee table with pull-out seats for extra seating aswell as our dining table and stools for your comfort. There is a standard double sofa bed situated under our large corner seats if required.

KITCHEN - Fully fitted kitchen with an under counter fridge and small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and toastie maker. It comes with all cutlery and crockery aswell as a range of cooking utensils for when you are not out enjoying the on-site or local restaurants.

MAIN BEDROOM - Our main bedroom has a standard double bed with fresh sheets and towels on arrival. There is a double wardrobe with hangers provided. There is private access to the main bathroom from this bedroom which allows for privacy at night as you can lock the corridor door from the inside.

WASH CLOSET - We have a small wash closet with toilet and sink for guests to use if main bathroom is occupied.

TWIN BEDROOM 1 - This room has two small single beds, idea for kids to have their own private space. Beds can be set up with lamp table in the middle or pushed together to make a larger double bed. This room has a small cupboard for storage.

TWIN BEDROOM 2 - This room also contains two small single beds with the option to have beds apart or together to make a larger bed. This room contains a larger single wardrobe for storage and hanging space.

MAIN BATHROOM - Our main bathroom has all newly fitted power shower, toilet seat and flooring aswell as fresh towels , toilet roll, antiseptic wipes and hand wash at the sink upon arrival.

DECKING - We have wrap around decking with outdoor furniture and a large area for alfresco dining, relaxing and laughing with friends and family.

LOCATION - We are situated at 8 Moray Place within the beautiful Seton Sands Holiday Village in Port Seton, Near Edinburgh.

There is a bus service at the main entrance to the holiday village, timetables can be found at reception. Situated only 14 miles to Princes Street, Edinburgh and 4.8 miles to Musselburgh and it’s racecourse, restaurants and famous Ice cream parlour.
