Customer service from Natalie was impeccable. Caravan was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. Located very close to all amenities. Will definitely be booking with Natalie again in the future. Thank you.

Natalie was amazing from the first moment I contacted her regarding her caravan she couldn’t do anything more to assist me, the caravan was beautiful and spotless I couldn’t fault it at all and exceptional value for money compared to haven prices, we will definitely be using Natalie again for future bookings ????

Natalie helped us out last minute as haven cancelled our caravan the day before we was meant to arrive, she made sure everything was ready for us arriving & was clear with all the communication on how to arrive & get into the caravan. So glad this happened as this caravan turned out better than the one we had orginally booked - was lovely inside/clean and had all the items we needed inside. This caravan was in a brilliant location to the entertainment and the football pitches/ parks for the children so didn't have far to go. Was also enough for the 5 of us with extra space available. Will defo be back again in the upcoming months if available.
