The Caravan: Carnaby Rosedale 37 ft by 12ft 3 bedroom caravan with modern pitched roof and ample hard pitch parking to the side. The caravan also features a veranda.

A fully fitted kitchen area with cutlery, crookery, toaster, microwave, fridge (with small freezer compartment), gas cooker, coffee machine and ample storage space.

The main lounge features a dining, area large, sofa bed plus a, 2 seater sofa and a separate chair. 40" flat screen TV, DVD.

The bathroom features shower and sink, with the toilet in a separate room.

2 twin bedrooms with storage and a double bedroom with wardrobes. The bedrooms have ample storage. Pillows and duvets are provided please remember to to bring your own pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers.

The Site: Happy days seaside caravan park is located in Trusthorpe, which is in-between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea on the Lincolnshire coast. The site comes with with private access to miles of beautiful, beaches.

If you need to do some laundry on holiday. The site does have a well equipped launderette. (small charge incurred)

Mablethorpe, a popular seaside resort is a short walk away with plenty of things to do for all ages.

Attractions include: The seal sanctuary and wildlife centre, the Lincolnshire aqua park ,the Loewen cinema, Mablethorpe fair ground, the Dunes entertainment complex, Queen’s Park and a weekly market. Of course there are all the fun things you find at the seaside; arcades, little shops selling hand crafted items plenty of shops to treat yourself to a coffee or ice cream.

There is so much more in both Mablethorpe and the surrounding areas. If you prefer a relaxing quieter time the park offers direct access to miles of beautiful beaches and nature parks can be found a short drive away.

There is also a selection of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. A short drive way are the market towns of Alford, Spilsby and Louth all with beautiful historic houses and churches. Plenty of shops selling hand crafted items.

Loved our stay here. Located 20 minute walk on the beach front from the main resort . You have the best of both worlds staying here . Very nice and quiet complex away from the hustle and bustle and if you want the more lively part it’s not too far away. Nice and clean caravan what was a very competitive price. Good communication with the owners as well once booked. Do recommend booking this caravan

Can’t wait to stay again! The beach is a stones throw from the caravan park up a short set of stairs. The caravan was spotless and the beds were super comfy. Jo and her daughter were more than happy to help with any queries we had.

Caravan was beautifully clean, we absolutely loved our stay here! The beds were lovely and comfortable. Our 11 month old loved staying here and watching the tv in the mornings! The beach is a minute walk to the back of the park which was perfect to walk in the evenings. We can’t wait to go back again next year!
