Welcome to our stunning new holiday home in the beautiful Lake District; "The Retreat" with everything to make your holiday one to remember.

Located on a quiet cul de sac with no through traffic it's an ideal spot for families. Our large veranda gets the sun all day so it's a lovely spot to relax whether enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink with the reassurance of knowing the gate means your furry friend or small humans can't wander off. The quiet grassed area directly in front of the caravan is for children to park with children's play equipment a 2-minute walk from the Caravan.
Being an animal loving family, we know having your four-legged family member on holiday with you is very important, we welcome one small dog, please keep them off the furniture and do not leave them unattended at any time in the caravan. Dogs are made very welcome in outside terrace of the park restaurant. Please confirm the breed at time of booking.

Ideally located to get some peace and quiet yet within minutes' walk to all the amenities the park has to offer. Some of the highlights include Crazy Golf, Bike Hire, Go Carts, large arcade hall, 2 Swimming Pools (inside and out) Aerial Adventure, Climbing Wall, Segway Lessons, Archery and many more.

Other family enjoyment can be had at the on-site Lake which houses multiple water sport activities for all ages to enjoy together with a 9-hole Golf course and Foot Golf.

The Live Lounge offers family entertainment both during the day and evening Shows suitable for all. If all the activities give you an appetite fear not! The park has a whole range of eateries and an on-site Supermarket which stocks everything you need. If you'd like a break from cooking on your holiday, there is a restaurant/ bar serving food from breakfast to dinner as well as a fish and chip takeaway and Papa John's pizza. As you approach the park you will also drive through a lovely village of Flookburgh you will notice a couple of pubs, a bakery and another fish and chip shop - plenty of options to suit any appetite.

There is also a launderette on site.

The caravan offers an ideal base to explore the beautiful Lake district, the lovely village of Cartmel boasting a Michelin starred restaurant is only a 10-minute drive away or if you prefer walking there are many beautiful trails to take advantage off as well as of course the more well known towns of Windermere and Keswick.
The booking calendar displays availability for 3 and 4 night stay, please enquire directly should you wish to stay for any other duration, please note, however, there is a minimum 3-night stay policy.

We provide duvets, pillows and protectors. Please bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am. Once your booking is confirmed we will liaise with you regarding your arrival time and car registration so that we can notify the park security gate to ensure a smooth arrival for you.
