The very well equipped 3 bedroomed caravan has a spacious kitchen has ample cupboards and has a full size gas hob, grill and separate oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and large integrated fridge with 3 drawer freezer under. An air fryer is also provided.

There is an open plan dining area which seats 6, and large living room with 2 free standing sofas plus additional seating, a flat screen TV and a flame effect wall mounted gas fire. French doors open out onto the fully enclosed and gated deck with patio furniture.

2 Smart TV,s both have freeview channels.

Ensuite bathroom in main bedroom and separate shower/wc in caravan.

There is off road parking for two car beside the caravan and additional parking areas nearby.

Prices inclusive of all electricity, gas and heating.

Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be ordered from the owner in advance if required.

We require a fully refundable £50 security / breakages / extra cleaning bond to be returned following the stay if the caravan is in good condition.

All duvets and pillows to sleep 6 are in the caravan.

Short breaks upto June , in summer months Saturday to Saturday bookings only

One well behaved small to medium dog welcomed.

We do have WiFi but due to the area this can be intermittent at times.

Caravan situated in Glamorgan section.

No smoking in the caravan.

Strictly no BBQs on or close to the decking.

Activity and entertainment passes have been generally available at the park office to all private rentals, however for 2022/23, we understand that passes may be restricted due to limited numbers permitted and social distancing and will not always be available.
