Modern 3 bedroom Caravan. Master bedroom with ensuite toilet and sink. Two further twin bedrooms 1 full size and one smaller twin.

Bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area with 4 chairs.

Situated on Clabbermere with a spacious and peaceful setting close to Otter Lake, set back from the road with personal drive and large garden. We have large comfortable lounge area with patio doors leading to decking, here you can sit out and watch the children play safely on the large grass area surrounding the caravan.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, maximum 2 dogs.

Please note that Play Passes are NOT included, guests will need to buy these from the Haven Reception. These passes will allow you access to all venues and activities, some activities have an extra cost.

Daytime and evening entertainment is available every day in the Marina lounge which includes children's entertainment, cash bingo and regular live bands. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an 18 hole golf course, crazy golf and foot golf. There are children's play areas and a fun arcade area. Also on site is segway and go kart hire and canoeing, pedalos and paddle boards on the lake. Take away fish and chip shop, papa johns pizza and on site grocery shop for everything you could possibly need. Fresh produce, bakery, newspapers and gifts.

Family dining in available in Lakeside Bay located on site, with both indoor and outdoor seating, There are numerous TVs showing main sporting events. . We are also are close to nature trails and access to the sea area for walks.

We will also register your arrival, this will allow you to enter the park safely, helping you to get to your holiday home more quickly.

We require a £50 booking fee to secure your dates which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, the balance is then due 4 weeks before your holiday starts, we also require a £75 breakage bond with the balance and this will be refunded within 5 days of the end of your holiday, if there is no damage or excessive cleaning required to the caravan.

As with any self-catering holiday you will need to bring with you your own towels, tea towels, toiletries, provisions/food etc.

All Bedding is provided and all beds are made up for your arrival.
