Luxury Platinum 2 Bedroom Caravan to hire at Ladram Bay

Fully double glazed and central heated, gated veranda with patio table and chairs and parking

Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player and electric fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 4 chairs.

Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom, Twin bedroom with beds that can be pushed together to create double bed. Sleeps 6 in total using bed settee in lounge.

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows. Please take your own linen.

Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin. Also separate toilet with wash basin.

Veranda - Gated veranda with table and chairs with closeable gate.

Situation - The caravan is situated on the Peak View area of Ladram.

Entertainment is included for all guests, swimming is additional cost arranged direct with reception when on site

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn't smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bacs.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.

No smoking or pets are allowed in the caravan.
