The caravan is situated in the middle of all of the parks facilities. If you head down the hill you will find a small beach with a coffee shop and water sports centre; where you can hire out water sports equipment (including boat hire), ideal spot for crabbing or simply just relaxing on the beach.

There is a parking space right next to the caravan. It's a level short walk to the main entertainment facilities, park shop, restaurants and the outdoor and indoor swimming pool.

Across from the Gorse Hill entrance you will find Ham Common. Which is the perfect location for any outdoor games and wonderful views of the harbour. You can access multiple footpaths which take you through the woodland and down to another part of the beach.

The blue flag beaches of Sandbanks are a short drive away as well as the vibrant seaside town of Bournemouth offering amusements, Bournemouth lower gardens and a pier. The Jurassic Coast and famous landmarks such as Lulworth Cove and Durdle door are also nearby. The cathedral city of Salisbury and the beautiful New Forest National Park are also within easy access.

*Please note that during November and December the on-site facilities are closed. However, the indoor pool is open for pre bookings*

An entertainment pass is not included but can be bought if required through the park reception.

Some house rules: 6 guests maximum staying in the caravan. Our caravan is dog friendly and it is a 2 dog maximum, as it is not exclusively for pet owners, dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds please. No smoking or vaping inside the caravan thank you, there is a lovely decking area outside.
