Welcome to our newest addition to or range of caravans at Butlins.
This 2022 Cosalt Eclipse caravan will be ready form the start of the 2023 season but before then we have a few things to do.
Decking will be added to the front and side (NOW COMPLETED) along with furniture, giving plenty of chance to relax and soak up the sun.
There will also be WIFI installed, (BOOKED FOR FEB23) A smart TV, A games console with plenty of games and all out usual extras.
In 2023 there will be some amazing new attractions at Butlins skegness
With the new Skypark, 4 new rides in the fairground, a new arcade and open air cafe all due to be open by easter 2023, the owners are really investing in the site.
These are in addition to the fantastic Splashworld and all the shows and redcoat entertainment that you have come to expect from this family resort.
In the 5½ since we bought our first caravan and welcomed our first guests, our aim has always been to provide as much as we can for a fair price and do everything we can to ensure that your holiday is as stress free as possible. We put our high rate of returning customers down to listening to constructive criticism and suggestions.
We don't believe in adding extra charges. everything we provide is included in the price you see.
2 Adult & 2 Child entertainment wristbands are included in the price of family breaks and extra wristbands are available for larger groups. (see below for pricing)
Now we either own, or manage, 12 caravans at Butlins Skegness and, with the help of our partners, we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service and equipment in all of them. A link to all of the caravans can be found at the bottom.
NEWS REGARDING CHANGES MADE BY BUTLINS FOR THE 2023 SEASON
The main effect on your break is that from the start of 2022 Butlins decided to remove the price cap on entertainment passes.
Previously, there was a maximum price any family would pay. Now ALL guests must purchase an entertainment wristband.
The GOOD news is that they have kept entertainment wristbands at the same price as 2022.

(These are not available through Butlins direct or at the gate and if you don't have a wristband pre-ordered when you arrive, they WILL NOT let you enter).
With all of our bookings we will ask for a deposit to secure the dates. This deposit will be added to the total cost of the break as we will then use that deposit as a security bond which will be returned to you after the caravan has been checked and found to be in a good condition.
The deposit is £75 when booked directly with us. There is no extra booking fee.

This new, 2022 model is a 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with Double glazing and central heating,
There are patio doors at the front leading onto the new decking and there is also a gated decking area with rattan patio furniture at the side with a private tarmac parking space.
On entering you will find a welcome hamper with some essentials and a few treats. The last thing you want after a long journey is to go to the shops for some milk.
In the Lounge area there is a Smart Tv connected to the free fast, unlimited Wi-Fi , An X-Box 360 with 2 controllers and a selection of games suitable for all ages and various DVD's, books and board games.
On into the kitchen, as well as the items you would expect to find in the kitchen, including a full size fridge/freezer, we provide all the little things you will need, such as washing up liquid, hand towels and tea-towels, tea, coffee & sugar along with condiments.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms. (there is a pull-out double bed hidden in the lounge). The bedrooms will all have a Tv fitted and bedding can be provided free of charge upon request.
The Shower room also houses toilet and a hand wash basin. Again, we provide toilet rolls, hand soap and hand sanitiser. There is a separate toilet down the corridor.
A Highchair, Travel cot, bed guard and push chair can be provided on request. Again, no extra charge.
The only thing we do not provide is bath towels.
