We kindly request guests who stay with us to kindly leave the caravan in the same condition as checking in- we don’t charge a cleaning fee so this would be very kind. If the caravan is left in an unacceptable state this will result in loosing your security deposit.

Our caravan is 2 bedrooms;
First bedroom has a double bed with en-suite WC
Second bedroom has 2 single beds
There is a pull out bed in the living room which is a SMALL double bed.
Only people who are listed on the booking are permitted to stay.
Please note; any over occupancy will not be tolerated. We are in contact with site staff and other owners, if there is an over occupancy you will be asked to leave.

Gas and electricity-
Please be mindful of rising costs and the environment and only use if you are in the caravan, please ensure lights and appliances are turned off if not using. - Thankyou!

Please also refrain from smoking inside the caravan- this includes vaping.

1 small dog per booking only. Please ensure dogs are clean when entering the caravan to keep as clean as possible- please confirm pet staying with owner prior to booking.

We kindly advise guests that guests are to provide their own bed linen/ towels for their stay, bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge.

Check in is from 14:00 on day of arrival
Check out is at 10:00 day of departure- please note the check out time is important due to cleaning schedules.

During severe weather or emergencies, the site owners hold the right to ask caravans to vacate for your own safety. Should this happen no monies will be refunded.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance to cover them for any cancellations or loss.

The owners of the caravan and the holiday park do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirers property and/or accidents arising from hiring the caravan or the use of the holiday park.

Our neighbours are lovely- we would appreciate noise levels to be kept acceptable to respect our neighbours.

Upon check out it is imperative that all lights/ boiler is turned off and the caravan is locked with the key returned to the key lock.
