The price paid is for the use of the caravan only, passes need to be purchased from Havens and are not included In our booking email you will have the opportunity to purchase passes online through Havens and book slots.
We always take a bond of £100 which ensures the caravan is left clean and tidy as you found it, no smoking, no breakages, beds intact, no stains and no items missing from the caravan.
NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN.
No same sex groups, hen or stag parties.
Couples and families or single occupancy only.
Well behaved dogs are allowed, you will be liable for any damage, keep them off beds and furniture please.
Dogs not to be left unattended loose in the caravan.
Bring own bath towels.
Bedding, hand towels and a t towel are provided.
Password for our unlimited WIFI hotspot is provided.
Pay in full 6 weeks before holiday starts or straight away if less than 6 weeks to go.
£100 deposit/bond secures holiday dates and when full payment is made 6 weeks before the holiday starts the £100 is the bond which is returned as soon as you depart and we have checked caravan over ok and the keys are back in the key safe.
