TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTING:

All caravans are STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO PETS
Our licence agreement with Parkdean states we are unable to rent to SINGLE SEXED GROUPS IE: NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES!!!!! No groups of adults under the age of 35 are able to book, as this is a family holiday park. Anyone caught SMOKING CANNABIS on camp will be asked to leave straight away by security with the rest of the guests staying at the caravan!! NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, and your BOND will not be returned.

We ask for the caravans to be left as you find them on arrival, clean and tidy. All cleaning materials and appliances are provided. I have provided a privately owned caravan to you as a sign of good faith and expect you to adhere to the rules. We also ask you to ensure rubbish is placed in the correct Rubbish bay and not left outside the caravan on your departure also the fridge, freezer and cupboards must be emptied of all food items.
There is a £10 fee payable if rubbish is left at the caravan/lodge.
We have been fortunate that all our customers have treated the caravans like their own and have had their bond returned, But if any damage to the caravan occurs then you will be liable to pay the damages as you are responsible for the caravan for the whole duration of your stay, Any UNREASONABLE MESS left by guests or EVIDENCE OF SMOKING inside the caravan a fee of £100 for deep cleaning will be enforced. (You are agreeing to this at time of booking). If beds are used without bedding you will be charged for mattress protectors to be replaced.

We ask all our customers to treat our caravans as if it was your own!! Any serious damages or serious breakages are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as you are responsible for the caravan when you stay. Included in this are, broken slats to beds, and soiled mattresses. You will be invoiced for any damage that occurs and payment must be made within 7 working days. (You agree to this at time of booking). £75 per single mattress and £125 per double mattress.

PLEASE RING US ASAP IF ANYONE WETS THE BED SO WE CAN DEAL WITH IT STRAIGHT AWAY.
Your non-refundable DEPOSIT SECURES YOUR STAY this is held as your bond which is refunded on departure if the van is left clean and tidy, the way it was rented to you, with no damages or security call outs.
Balance MUST be paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday if this isn’t paid it could result in your holiday being cancelled and loss of your deposit.

Passes for use of the Showdome/Sands & swimming pool can be purchased at owners elite office at the entrance to the park, under 2s are FREE.
If you do not want to use the Showdome/Sands venue then there is no need to purchase passes as you can access the Splashpark, Park, Arcades, The Boat House Restaurant, Sports Bar and Burger King and the Pavillion without passes,

The maximum number of guests able to stay in each caravan is 3 Adults 5 Children
Arrival times are from 4pm and departure time is 10am. All caravans have key safes for access and you will receive confirmation VIA email or messenger with the key code when you have paid the balance of your stay (4 weeks before) together with directions once on park to the caravan you are staying in. There is no need to queue in reception you can go straight to the caravan.

If you wish to proceed with the booking then please advise how you wish to pay your deposit of £100 and supply your name, address, contact tel no. Email address and names of persons staying at caravan with children's ages.
Anyone found committing any illegal activity will be escorted off the park and all monies paid kept.
Anyone caught using illegal drugs (cannabis, Cocaine ect) on camp will be escorted off camp IMMEDIATLEY by security along with all guests staying at the caravan and NO MONIES REFUNDED.
DO NOT BRING ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ON TO THE PARK

If balance is paid and less than 4 weeks before check in we only offer a refund if the caravan can be re-booked.!
