Our home has 3 bedrooms, and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.
One double and two twin rooms both with twin single beds. All bedrooms come with a small wardrobe and bedside storage. All bedrooms come with wall-mounted TV, pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are on all beds. We ask that mattress protectors are not removed for hygiene purposes, along with coat hangers in all wardrobes.
Baby proof plastic socket covers are on all plug sockets, travel cot is provided, also a child booster seat for dining. You will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets or sleeping bags if preferred along with your own towels. There are two toilets, one en-suite and one family shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, grill and hob, dish washer, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Plates, dishes, cups, pots and pans, oven trays, utensils, cutlery and glasses are all supplied for your convenience.
The kitchen / dining area leads through into a spacious lounge with large patio doors that open up to the veranda decking area.
There is a large L-shape comfortable sofas for the whole family to relax. A 32" wall-mounted flat screen combi TV is provided in the lounge, along with a wall-mounted fire that can be used to add any additional heat in the home.
Also, with its own private parking area set in a prime area close to the fishing lake and a 10-minute walk to the main entertainment complex and within a 15-minute walk of the seafront. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind while being close enough to all the site facilities that the whole family will enjoy.

Burnham on Sea is a relaxing seaside resort within easy reach of interesting places to visit such Weston Super Mare Sandy Bay, Cheddar Caves and Gorge, Wells and Exeter Cathedrals, Clarks Village, Wookey Hole Caves. It has stores / supermarkets within easy reach (B&M store, Tesco, Asda, Aldi and Lidl) and a variety of cafes and pubs (Wetherspoons) are also no more than a 10-minute walk from the village. Along the High Street you can find pubs, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and other shops. Further into town there is a family run cinema called the Ritz and the Princess theatre.

This picturesque park has two panoramic lakes. Spend an afternoon fishing or hire a pedalo for a spin and do some boating! There is an indoor heated pool, has a water flume, and outdoor pool is perfect on warm summer days. Hire a kart to explore the park, cashless amusement arcade, children’s entertainment, crazy golf before enjoying a tasty meal in the Mash and Barrel, fish n chips or a takeaway pizza from Papa John's. Pick up mouth-watering burgers from the Burger King takeaway outlet. Build your strength, endurance, and flexibility on the new climbing wall. Several local take-away outlets deliver on site for those who prefer not to cook.
Children can bounce, climb, and slide on the inflatable arena. Not forgetting the supermarket for everyday essentials and a launderette.
The Caravan will be cleaned upon your arrival, and we ask you to leave it in this way on departure.

Haven parks are designed with families and couples in mind, so one of Havens rules are they will turn away parties where all people are under the age of 21. Haven don’t allow hen or stag parties as Haven may turn away guests if they feel that the reason for their stay is not in line with their family-focused values.
