This modern designed two-bedroom caravan is positioned in Kernow View with central heating and double glazing. Parking and picnic bench available next to the caravan. Our fabulous position within the site provides access to site amenities within a few minutes yet retains a sense of quiet. Ocean views are also just a short walk away.

There are two bedrooms; one king size bedroom, with a dressing table and plenty of storage (plenty of space for a travel cot if required), together with one twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together to make a double if you prefer) with wardrobe storage. There is also the extra option of a sofa bed in the lounge for cosy nights snuggled in front of the TV. A separate room with large shower cubicle, toilet and basin is off the hallway.

You are very welcome to bring your dog to stay in Caravan 695 and as Perran Sands is such a dog friendly place, you will be able to take them with you pretty much everywhere you go onsite.

Please note quilts and pillows are provided but please bring your own quilt covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets and towels, etc. A bathmat is also a good idea.

Please also note that due to park rules we are unable to accept bookings for groups of same-sex parties (e.g. hen and stag parties).

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain entertainment passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.
