Welcome to our beautiful, modern, three bedroomed caravan. Located on Jay Valley, ideally situated within 3 minutes walk of the main complex yet on a quiet spot with gorgeous field views. Perfect for kids to have a run around, or to walk the dog!

Allocated parking at the end of the road & full wraparound veranda with outdoor seating, the most serene place to relax with a drink & let all your worries drift away!

We have owned on here for 5 years & absolutely love everything Thornwick & the East coast has to offer. The site itself overlooks Flamborough Head with Bridlington just a ten minute drive away.

Our caravan has plenty of room for all the family, it’s 38ft long & 12ft wide with full double glazing & central heating in all rooms.
There’s a large living area with kitchen, dining table & a comfortable couch.
The main bedroom has a full size double bed, the second bedroom with single bunk beds & the third bedroom with 2 single beds so comfortably sleeps six people.

To the exterior, there is wrap around decking, so you can catch the sun all day, with outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco dining! The decking also has a lockable gate so the kids and pooches can’t escape!

There is plenty to do on site for all ages & activity passes can be purchased online or on site upon arrival.

On site there is a mini-market, launderette, amusements, bar/restaurant, indoor pool, 2 parks & a fish and chip shop.

TERMS:
The caravan will be ready by 2pm on your arrival day & guests should leave by 10am on he day of departure. Keys should be returned to keysafe, the code will be provided before your stay.

Only guests on the booking are permitted to stay, this is for health & safety & fire regulations.

All guests must obey park rules & security ins the actions. Anyone not abiding by the rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

Please notify us of any accidents before departure. Any costs will be deducted from security bond.

Please leave the caravan as you find it, we love our holiday home & hope you do too.

No smoking inside the caravan or on decking.

We do not accept any liability for any injury suffered by you or your party during your stay.

Small, toilet trained dogs are more than welcome for a £10 charge per dog, (max 1), but please do not let them on the furniture and if possible kept in a cage.
