Located on Park Deans stunning White Acres Resort, in a quiet spot, end of a Cul de sac but easy walking distance of facilities, including the Launderette.

This van has been kept to the standard we require for our own use, so you will find little extras like books and bedside lamps.

Master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower/ bathroom, well fitted with wardrobes and storage space, plus tv. You will also find ironing board, iron, pegs, clothes airer and hairdryer here.

Twin room, unusually, has full sized twin beds, one wardrobe for each bed and potential space for travel cot.

2nd bathroom connects both, to twin bedroom, and hallway, and like the first bathroom contains a shower, toilet, washbasin and bathroom cabinet.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge are open plan. The kitchen is spacious and features a range of cabinets, fridge freezer, gas cooker and microwave.

There is a dining room table and chairs, adjacent to a large airy lounge. The sofa converts into a bed for extra guests, and this area boasts a tv and electric fire with flame effect.

Outside there is some private green space, tables and chairs provided, parking for 2 cars. There is also a lockable box for storing fishing gear. We kindly ask that this remains outside along with any wetsuits etc.

Strictly no pets. £80.00 damage security/bond in addition to the £50.00 deposit. Bond to be returned in the event on no damage on inspection after guests leave.,

This van is located a couple of minutes' walk to the reception area, food outlets, bar and indoor pool. Ideal for families, couples, and fisherman. This van has it all.
