Our beautiful 3 bed is situated on the Parkside area of Butlins, just a few minutes walk to the main resort.
Well equipped kitchen with full size undercounter fridge and freezer.
It has 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom.
There is also a small double pullout bed in the lounge.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, a bonus when the shower is in use.
TV, wii games console and x box 360 console. Good selection of games for these consoles. Dvd player and dvds. Board games.
Outside there is rattan table and chairs on the veranda, also a patio area at the back of the veranda with table and chairs. There is the benefit of a parking space at the front of the caravan too.

Included at no extra cost, you will find - Indoor swimming in the watersplash.
- Funfair. New rides opening at Easter.
- Entertainment. 3 venues to choose from on the main resort which are reds, Centre stage and studio 36.
There is also one on the caravan side.

- Skyline. Puppet Castle, character shows.
- New playpark opening at Easter.

In addition to the above, for a small charge you will find.
- Ten pin bowling alley.
- Quaser.
- Crazy golf.
- Climbing activities.
- Snooker Hall (snooker and pool tables. Dart boards and table tennis)
- Go karts.
There are bars, restaurants, shops, arcades etc on site.

Entry to swimming and reds entertainment venue has gone back to everyone queuing to get in, as it was before the pandemic.
Centre stage and studio 36 have 2 queues, 1 is for main resort guests who are able to book via the app and the other is for caravan guests. Guests that have booked are only given a short time to arrive before the non booked queue goes in. The shows are also more frequent giving everyone the opportunity to see them.

Should you require more than the 2 adult and 2 child passes included, please indicate this on your booking enquiry to enable us to amend the booking total.
Summer holiday bookings are 7 night minimum break.

Adult only Weekends are priced per person, based on 4 adults. Extra can be purchased on a per person basis.
Confirm amount of passes needed on your enquiry and the cost will be amended accordingly.
At least one guest over 25 years of age needs to be in the group. All guests have to be over 18.
All guests will be asked to provide ID.

A £75 damages bond is required when booking which is returned after your holiday upon confirmation of no damage.
(£100 for adult only breaks).

A £50 deposit is also required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final balance.
THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING OR FAIL TO PAY YOUR BALANCE IN FULL BY THE DATE DUE.

Whilst staying we won’t be responsible for accident/injury or loss/damage of property on your holiday and recommend you take out personal travel insurance for this reason.
