A lovely 2 bed Salsa Caravan located in the area of Karo Place, with a lovely Seaview, there is a small side deck to the van with a table and chairs outside to enjoy the views, parking is nearby.
The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, and dining sets
We have a TV in the lounge with a DVD player and we have a electric fire in the lounge and electric heaters in the bedrooms
There is a shower room with a toilet and sink
Main bedroom has a double bed, and there is a twin bedroom also. Bedding is NOT supplied but can be hired from ourselves. We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday
Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, for details of costs please ask, without passes, access is restricted to the beach, Spar shop, and the South Beach Café, but there is plenty to do within a short drive/bus ride if you would like a different kind of break,

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded
On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days
By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests, weo do not accept pets and we do not allow smoking or vaping
3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay, Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday
The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6* if you wish to have 6 the sofa bed in the lounge area will need to be used
INSURANCE
We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for cancellation purposes

Should you have to self isolate, or any other quarantine rulings, please message Devon Getaways and we can discuss the options available with you
Access times can be excluded as we are a private rental
