Terms & Conditions: General - Please read these carefully, they contain details of the contract between you, ‘the hirer’ us, ‘the owners’. Bookings are only confirmed following the receipt of your deposit. In paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the full terms and conditions. Provided in our holiday let.
The following items are provided for use during your stay, all items must remain within the property and must be used for their usual purpose only:
-Bed Linen
-Cutlery and cooking equipment
-Cleaning supplies
We do not provide:
-Towels
-Travel cots/beds
-Park Passes
Park Facilities - Park facilities are usually open between March and October, but this is subject to change and at the park operators discretion, the owners will not be held responsible for the availability of park facilities.
Park passes are not included in the letting price, but are available for individual purchase from the park reception.
Occupancy - The property consists of two bedrooms; sleeping four, there is additional space for 2 sleeping in the living room area
Bedding on fixed beds will be made up prior to arrival.
Bedding for the sofa bed is stored under the ottoman section of the sofa. Additional bedding and blankets can be found in the fixed wardrobes. Please note, we do not accept adult only group bookings of more than two adults. All bookings must be accompanied by at least one lead booking guest aged 18 or over.
All guests must be named on the booking form, only the named guests provided on the booking form will be permitted to visit the property during your stay. If a guests details change, please contact us prior to your arrival date. Any abuse of occupancy rules may incur a charge and you may be removed from the site and refused re-entry by security. Your booking will be terminated, and no refunds will be given for loss of days to your original booking.
Deposits and Payment- A provisional booking will be accepted, subject to receiving a £50 deposit within 3 working days, this should be paid by Paypal, credit/debit card or bank transfer, please refer to your booking form for details. All deposits must include a booking reference, please use the Lead Guest Surname as your reference. Any deposits for dates not made within 3 working days will be assumed as no longer required and the reservation will be cancelled. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation.
The full balance of the hire charge can be made any time following the booking, but must be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival date. If the balance is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. All monies paid excluding the initial deposit will be refunded within 28 days of notification of the cancellation. Bookings made within less than 28 days of the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking. Deposits are not deductible from the hire charge and are held as a security bond until the property has been inspected on departure. All breakages and damages must be paid for, this will be deducted from the security bond, however, if the damages are more than this amount, an invoice for these costs will be issued to the Lead Guest for payment within 14 days.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must do so to the owner in writing. Any failure to cancel a booking, or if cancelled within 28 days of the booking date, will incur the full cost of hire. No refunds will be given if the hirer is required to or chooses to vacate the property before their intended departure date.
If you cancel or change your holiday, the following charges may apply:
-More than 28 days of arrival – Full refund of monies paid, excluding deposit.
-Less than 28 days of arrival – No refund will be given.
The hirer does not have permission to re-let the property if they are unable to attend.
On Arrival Day: On the day of your arrival, you will be sent details of your hired property via email. This will include the location/address of the property and instructions for collecting keys. Arrival is from 2pm onwards only.
On Departure Day: On the final day of your stay, you will be required to:
-Clean the property to a good standard
-Remove all personal belongings
-Return keys to the designated key safe
-Ensure the property is suitably locked and safe, including locking windows and turning off plug sockets, taps etc.
Departure is at 11am or before. General and House Rules:
The Lead Guest assumes responsibility for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form and will assume responsibility for complaints and/or damages.
The Lead Guest must be present for the duration of the hire.
On the day of your arrival, you will be sent details of your hired property via email. This will include the location/address of the property and instructions for collecting keys.
Arrival is from 2pm onwards only.
On the final day of your stay, you will be required to:
-Clean the property to a good standard
-Remove all personal belongings
-Return keys to the designated key safe
-Ensure the property is suitably locked and safe, including locking windows and turning off plug sockets, taps etc.
Departure is at 11am or before.
Lost or misplaced keys will incur an immediate charge for either; a replacement key delivered to site or visit and works carried out by a locksmith. In the event of lost or misplaced keys, the hirer must not make any attempts to break entry to the property and must alert the owner immediately.
Early check in and late check out may be available by prior arrangement with the owner. The hirer must not presume early check in or late check out has been authorised until confirmed directly by the owner.
In the unlikely event of a maintenance issue, the hirer must not make any repair attempts and shall contact the owner immediately and follow their instructions. Maintenance repairs will be investigated, if it is deemed to be a fault caused by the hirer or visiting party, the hirer will be responsible for the cost of the repair.
Smoking or Vaping is NOT permitted in the property. Please ensure any cigarette ends are collected and disposed of before your departure, failure to do so, may incur a cleaning charge. No inside furniture including chairs, cushions, bedding must be taken outside (including onto the decked area). Please ensure that any outdoor soft furnishings such as cushions are brought in or protected.
Dogs are welcome in the caravan providing permission has been sought at the time of booking. Please ensure any dogs visiting the property are effectively toilet trained and the hirer must clean up after them.
You must show consideration to your neighbours and other guests. Refrain from using loud music and parties after 10pm. The site reserves the right to ask guests who contravene our terms and conditions, or who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors, to leave the park immediately. In these circumstances the holiday ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you.
You further agree that you will not: commit any criminal offence at the park or undertake any criminal activity, commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance, keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the park, use any unlawful drugs, create any undue noise or disturbance or carry out any trade or business while on the park.
