An Overview
The 36 x12ft Atlas Chorus 2 bedroom is a modern luxurious caravan. This 6 berth holiday home is located on B row at the Beech Rise area of the resort, ideally situated in a quiet relaxing area of the resort just a few minutes walk to the Lakehouse restaurant, bar and funfair & 5 or so minutes walk to both the main complex & beach access from the path to the beach at Cormorant (sea birds) location. The caravan also has a benefit of a front enclosed veranda. The caravan has ample green space to the front of the caravan where you can safely watch children play whilst relaxing & private parking drive to the side. Fully Double Glazed and Gas Central heating, Super comfy modern free standing corner sofa in the living area, stylish furnishings with separate dining table and chairs.
The caravan has a modern fully fitted kitchen including washing machine & integrated fridge freezer. Dedicated complimentary Wi-fi available throughout the home. We will accept one pet under arrangement. No Smoking or vaping.
Smoke & carbon monoxide alarms fitted and all safety checks are up to date for your safety. We have a key safe located at the caravan.

£50 deposit will secure your booking there is also a £50 bond which will be refunded after inspection.
Lounge:-spacious modern living area with dining table and L shaped sofa. Perfect for relaxing.
Kitchen:- is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay with a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, good sized fridge/freezer, toaster and all crockery, cutlery, glasses and plastics needed. Built in microwave and fridge freezer and we also have a washing machine which is a bonus after a day at the beach ☺️
Master bedroom:- has a double bed, double wardrobe, overhead cupboards and two bedside tables with a dressing table
Spacious area to get ready.
Twin bedrooms x2:- each with two single beds, single wardrobe.
Bathroom:- has a shower cubical, hand basin, toilet plus storage cupboard.
Main bedroom en suite- toilet with basin and mirror
Dog friendly - We do accept small - medium size pets
This caravan is not suitable for guests with allergies.
The patio doors leading onto a front Veranda with outdoor furniture and parking at the side of the caravan.
