Hello from Claire, Rob & Suzie! If you're looking for a little getaway then consider 'Ocean Escape' at Ocean Edge Holiday Park in Heysham, Morecambe, Lancashire. We've owned our caravan for over a year now and have decided to rent it out privately for our second year. If there are particular dates you want or if you have any particular questions, do let us know. We run our own business too and so we know the importance of having a safe little haven to go to and we think our little piece of Heysham is a gem!

As Caravan users ourselves (and multi-business owners!), we know how important your getaway is. Rob & Claire want your stay to feel like a home from home and we've decided to privately rent out our pride and joy to ensure our guests get the best experience, all managed by us.

Come and enjoy 'Ocean Escape' at Ocean Edge Holiday Park in Heysham, Morecambe for peace and tranquillity. Situated at the top of the Parkdean resort, one back from the sea front, our location gives you fantastic partial sea views and a really private location with no-one really over looking your position.

We've taken note of the little things that make your stay get off with a bang so don't worry about bedding, towels, or those little kitchen and toilet essentials. We've tried to cover off a few of the basics but of course, bring anything you need for those home comforts!

Perfect chill spot with a little grass patch at the side for the kids to play ,sea view lovely clean caravan has everything you need. Easy contact when or if needed to contact the owner .

Beautiful caravan and beautiful place.Shame about the weather! It rained the whole time we were there but at least we had te lovely caravan. Would love to stay again and explore more next time! Everything we needed was in the caravan and the bath was great. thank you Rob and Claire x

Our stay in this caravan was fantastic. View from the caravan was out of this world. The sun setting is a must see,, it was amazing. We had everything we needed. The owners Rob and Claire even added a few extra little touches eg. Tea, coffee and. milk (hotel style) so we could make a brew upon arrival. Washing up liquid, scrubber and cloth. Even the dog had treats, a blanket, dog bowls and poo bags. There were 5 adults and 3 children , 10yrs and above, we had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend staying in this caravan. Loved it.

Owner's booking terms

- Bookings are for a min of 3 nights
- Weekends are Friday until Monday
- 5 day stays Monday to Friday / 7 days stays Fri to Fri or Sat to Sat depending on availability - we are completely flexible so do enquire if you require a certain date range.
- A £50 deposit is required at time of booking to secure dates
- School holidays availability is set as weekly stays, if you would like a 3 or 4 night stay or any other combination, you can get in touch with us directly via franburyltd@gmail.com for availability & pricing
A £100 refundable security deposit is required, payable with the balance of your holiday/break. To cover any accidental damages and to ensure accommodation is left in a clean condition. (Charges applied for any additional cleaning or late check out). This will be refunded within 1 weeks of the last day of your stay providing the accommodation is left in an acceptable condition and upon return of keys.

Payments can be made either by bank transfer or PayPal and the balance can be spread out over a period of time to suit your needs. Full payment must be made 28 days prior to your stay. If it is a late booking payments will need to be paid in full including security deposit at time of booking.

This holiday home will be like home from home and cleaned to a high standard prior to your arrival. Please contact us with any problems you experience or breakages/damages that occur straight away so we can do our very best to resolve them asap.

Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan, with no exceptions incl E-cigarettes, you can smoke on the decking just not near open doors/windows, all we ask is that you dispose of the cigarette ends responsibly. (Additional charges will apply if ignored)

Dogs are allowed a max of 2 as this is the sites rules, please be a responsible pet owner follow the site rules (copy in the caravan) and clean up after your pet, please do not allow your pet(s) on the furniture or beds . We have put an outdoor shower behind the decking for the dogs if they need to have a wash after having fun on the beach . Passes to the on site facilities are available from the reception area and are not included in the price. ...Show less
