The caravan is situated in quiet cul de sac about 2-3 mins walk from the amenities building. It has its own parking space patio table, decking and grassed area which is secluded from the main road so is ideal for children to play.

You will need to provide your own towels however all beds will be made on arrival, information on what your need can be found on our site www.breaknearthelakes.com.

Gas is mains connected, no unsightly gas bottles.

2 bedrooms, 1 double en suite and 1 single, however bedding for the pullout bed will be supplied if required, fully fitted kitchen, large lounge and dining area with free-view TV/DVD player. With Windermere, Kendal, Grange over Sands, Cartmel, Holker Hall, Coniston, and all the lake district national park within a short distance away this is a great way to spend a break and explore.

Plenty to do for the kids, and plenty of nighttime entertainment to keep everybody happy in the evening, ranging from bingo, karaoke, and live bands. walks round the bay overlooking Morecambe can be taken also. New to the park. Otter Lake with boating and made made beaches.

*Passes are not provided and will need to be obtained for certain actives from Lakeland Leisure park reception.

The booking process was simple and the caravan was easy to find on the site. It is located very close to the main attractions which is good for popping back during the day. On the negative side it does mean you can hear the noise and there was significant footfall outside the bedrooms. This wasn't a problem for us but light sleepers or those with very young children may struggle. There was also a light outside the master bedroom again not a problem for us but could annoy others. The caravan was very clean and spacious with loads of storage. It seemed well equipped for our short stay, although a clothes drying frame would be useful for wet towels & swim costumes. We all had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to book with Clive again.

Beautiful spotlessly clean and well equipped caravan ideally situated on an expansive well laid out and well maintained park. Booking was easy as were arrangements for arrival and departure. We would highly recommend this holiday home to anyone seeking a short break or a longer holiday (especially when the fantastic Cumbria steam gathering is taking place next door). Thank you for having us, looking forward to the next time.

Caravan is Spacious Clean & Tidy. The booking process is smooth and Clive knows lots about the area and can advise you on places to visit. We never felt we were missing anything during the stay, as the rooms have lots of storage and the kitchen is well equiped if you want to cook on-site. The en-suite is a nice touch and the whole trip was well worth it. We will certainly be returning again and hope to spend longer next time.

Second time at Lakeland. First time private hire here. And would happily book through this owner again. Spotlessly clean. Well appointed , lots of home comforts including lots of coathangers, nice linen etc. If we were to return to Lakeland I wouldn't hesitate in booking this caravan again .
