This lovely holiday home is situated in a quiet area of the park overlooking a pond with a south facing secure gated wrap around decking making it ideal for for sun worshippers.

The accommodations comprises:
Kitchen area - with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dining table and chairs.
Lounge area - with two settees and TV with patio doors opening on to the decking area which has a south facing aspect.
Bedroom 1 - with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table
Ensuite - with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 - twin room with wardrobe and dressing table
Bedroom 3 - twin room (small single beds) with wardrobe and additional storage
Bathroom - with shower, WC and washbasin.

This mini lodge has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed.
South facing wrap around decking area with outdoor seating.
Parking space.

A well equipped caravan with everything you will need for your stay.

For your added peace of mind, the caravan will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We DO NOT use the park's cleaning fleet so you can be assured your holiday home will be cleaned to a very high standard.

Sorry, no pets allowed.
Towels are not included.

Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased on site.
Restrictions will apply on bookings from all-male or all-female parties of 3+ people, if not immediate family or couples -please contact us prior to booking.
The lead guest who books, must be 25 years or over at the time of booking.
Park facilities and entertainment operate seasonally and are subject to availability.
No contractors, commercial or sign written vehicles, including transit vans and trailers, are permitted at this park.
Each adult, child and baby will count as an individual person, allocated to a berth and in total must not exceed the total number of berths (6) - children under the age of 2 years are still considered as one person for this purpose.

Southview is a large family friendly leisure holiday park with many facilities to enjoy including a restaurant, show bar, fish and chip shop, indoor swimming pool, gym, crazy golf and a convenience shop.

There is a main fishing lake but please ensure you have a current Rod licence. This will need to be shown if requested.

There is also a new activity site with high ropes and Bear Grylls Survival Academy. There is also a regular shuttle bus into Skegness.

Skegness has a lot to offer including award winning beaches, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is something for everyone to enjoy making it the perfect destination for families. The market towns of Louth and Horncastle are within a 30 minute drive and both have a good selection of cafes, independent shops and markets.
