Play Passes - Play passes are not included in the hire price, these will need to be purchased from Kiln Park directly. Haven should have already sent you an email regarding this, please kindly inform us if they have not so we can arrange for the same.
Bed Linen - You have been supplied with duvets and pillows for all the beds at the caravan, Bed linen is available to hire should you not wish to bring your own. If any bed wetting accidents occur, please do inform us so we can arrange for cleaning or replacement as required.
Heating/Boiler - Instructions for the hot water and heating are in the caravan for your convenience. Heating is controlled via individual radiators (there is no thermostat). On departing the caravan, please ensure the heating is turned off, failure to comply with this could result in loss of your security bond.
Outside furniture - Outside cushions are to be stored in the storage unit and the BBQ set to be put in the storage box when leaving the van unoccupied to avoid theft. All cushions are to be brought in or stored in the storage unit every night and upon departure.
Respect/Security bond - There is a £200 respect/security bond payable, this will be paid back within 5 working days of departure providing the following conditions have been met:
A) The caravan has been left as it was found clean & tidy.
B) All rubbish disposed of in the big red Biffa bins.
C) All pots, pans and cutlery has been washed and put away.
D) The pitch has been left litter free, including cigarette ends.
E) All terms and conditions have been followed.
F) All lights and central heating are to be turned off.
G) All windows are to be closed.
We remind you that this caravan is strictly non-smoking or vaping and any evidence of this will result in you being asked to leave the caravan and forego any payments you have made. Please adhere to the rules and smoke outside as a fee of £50 will be required for a deep clean if any evidence of smoking inside the caravan is found.
We ask that the caravan be left as you found it on arrival, clean and tidy. All cleaning products, materials, hoover is provided. Please strip the beds prior to your departure and place them in a pile in the shower room. An inspection will be carried out by the cleaners after you have vacated the property, any unreasonable mess/damage will result in a fee of £50 being enforced.
Please ensure the fridge & freezer are emptied of contents and any rubbish removed and disposed of in the correct manner.
Any serious damage/ breakages must be reported immediately, and either replaced or paid for. You will be invoiced for any damage, and this must be paid for within 7 days of receipt.
BBQ’s must be used on the patio area only and not on the decking.
The maximum number of people to stay in the caravan is 8. If we are notified that more than 8 people are staying in the caravan, you will be asked to vacate and for-go any payments made to us.
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to SUB LET this caravan to a third party yourselves. If any change to this booking is required, then contact us directly to do so.
Anyone found to be committing any illegal activity will be escorted from the park by security and you will forego any payments made.
We cannot accept Liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or your party, unless one of the following applies; (i) there was wilful default by us or, (ii) loss or injury was caused by the negligence of us. Please inform us and the Park’s Duty Manager of any shortcomings or complaints immediately for us to take adequate action. Any claims for compensation could be reduced or rejected if we have not been given the opportunity to remedy any issues or situations.
In these terms & conditions ’you’, ’your’ and ‘your party’, refers to the person who makes the booking and those persons named on the booking form; ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’, refers to the owner of the caravan available for accommodation. Under no circumstances must electric cars be charged by the caravan’s electricity supply, should this be the case your deposit will be lost.
Cancellation/Refund policy
The £50 deposit upon booking to secure your dates is non refundable.
We run the same refund timescale / amount of refund as haven, if you must cancel for any reason, we will do our best to help get you a refund (minus deposit) by advertising your cancelled date, below is a table of what you will receive at time of cancellation.
56 days or more Full refund minus your deposit.
55-43 days 70% refund, minus your deposit.
42-29 days 50% refund, minus your deposit
28-8 days 10% refund, minus your deposit
