Our platinum level caravan is available to rent on Devon Cliffs Holiday park, situated in Elms, a desirable close location to all of the parks facilities, approx. 2 min walk to the main complex and a 5 min walk to the beach, our caravan comes complete with patio doors onto an 8ft wraparound decking with sea views, several designated parking bays are near to the van.

Our Swift Bordeaux Platinum has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms with a main bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, and dining sets.

We have a TV in the lounge and built in Bluetooth speakers.

Our caravan is fully double glazed and centrally heated, and also benefits from an electric fire in the lounge.

There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom - perfect for the larger families.

Extras:
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen, sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Linen can be hired directly from ourselves for a small charge and beds will be made up for your arrival.

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday.

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, for details of costs please ask, without passes, access is restricted to the beach, Spar shop, and the South Beach Café, but there is plenty to do within a short drive/bus ride if you would like a different kind of break.

Please note WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PASSES, we are a self catering accommodation only.

2022 prices:
Peak season - adult £65.00 per week - child £34.00 a week (aged 4-15).

Off peak - adult £47.00 - child £23.00 per week.

There is a capped price for 3 bed caravans so please always ask.
Capped prices per van:
OFF PEAK - 4 nights £140.00 / week £224.00.
PEAK - 4 nights £181.00 / week £303.00.
