About the owner

After being on Manor Park for five years, three years ago we were fortunate enough to upgrade to our beautiful Toronto Luxury Lodge. After spending most weekends there throughout the year with family and friends regularly coming to stay we have decided to let others have the opportunity to stay and enjoy memorable times together as we have now purchased our forever home close by in Heacham. Being so close we will be able to offer you a personal meet and greet service along with a personalised welcome pack. Your holiday enjoyment will be our enjoyment.

There is a small utility area with a washer/dryer and plenty of hanging and storage space for outdoor clothing and footwear.

Our modern spacious 42 ft x 20 ft 6 berth 3 bedroom Swift Toronto Lodge offers our guests modern spacious bright contemporary living with home from home comforts and full mains gas central heating. Our lounge has two large sofas and an armchair with a wide screen Smart TV above the fireplace which has a Optiflame feature fire for cosy winter evenings. Large French doors lead out to the gated decking area at the front of the lodge.

A separate dining area with a table comfortably seating six and an additional breakfast bar with stools. The large ‘U’ shaped kitchen with its shaker style doors offers a full size dishwasher, wine cooler, five Burner gas hob with central wok burner, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with ample storage space for your stay including a dressing table and mirror with hairdryer and a double wardrobe and wall mounted TV. A modern en-suite including power shower and large towel rail and unique LED illuminated mirror with infrared sensor and demisting pad.

Bedroom two has a double bed and double wardrobe with dressing table and mirror and wall mounted TV.

Bedroom three is a unique bunk room with three single crossover beds (3rd bunk has a weight restriction please enquire for 7th person at booking stage).

Main bathroom has a power shower large towel rail and the LED illuminated mirror with infrared sensor and demisting pad .
The outdoor glazed decking area is our pride and joy . Being raised up allows you to enjoy far reaching sea views on the comfortable outdoor seating. With a private patio to the side offering some shade.

Being dog lovers ourselves we will always welcome guests bringing along their four legged family members. One large dog or two small dogs are welcomed at no extra charge. All we ask is they are house trained and not left alone in the lodge at anytime.

Lockable outside storage space for bikes on request.

The lodge is non smoking. We would also request our guests not to smoke on or around the decking area.

Hardstanding parking for three cars - Entertainment passes not included. Available from reception.

- A minimum stay of 7 nights in summer holidays is preferred
- 3 and 4 night stays available
- Check in 1500 - Check out 1000
- A 10% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before your stay. In addition a £70.00 security bond is payable with the balance. This will be refunded 7 working days after your departure date providing our lodge is left in good order as it was found on arrival with no breakages and excessive cleaning required.
