Let’s start with the location, the great outdoors and the on site facilities on your doorstep. Your accommodation is all about the location. We chose this location on the edge of Golden Sands Holiday Park, so that we have the best of everything. We are a short walk away from the beautiful, stunning, sandy beach and a 2 minute walk away from the holiday park centre offering a range of activities and facilities for all ages.
You can start and end your day sitting outside on the luxurious decking, with either your first frothy coffee of the day (Nespresso machine & milk frother included) or sipping your favourite evening tipple while watching the sun set. We have provided various spaces, to either catch the sun or sit in the shade, whichever is your preference. There is a more relaxed lounging area, ideal for slow starts to the day and long lazy evenings, as well as a dining area, with seating for up to 6 people, for “al fresco” dining on those long balmy summer nights. If it’s a bit cooler, just snuggle up under the soft, fleecy throws to extend your days.
If you’ve had enough of relaxing on the beach, or on those “Great British weather” days, the park offers something for everyone: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, for the more adventurous, or to wear out your little people, there’s a climbing wall, trampoline park or a mini aerial adventure. The park offers kart and bike hire too if your feeling more physical. There’s even an obstacle course for your four legged, fluffy family members. For evening entertainment there’s a variety of bars and restaurants, some that will even deliver to your accommodation. You may fancy a quiet night in, you can self cater, or order a take away while binge watching your favourite Netflix series.
We have tried to cater for your every need. As well as a fully fitted kitchen including; a 5 burner hob, double oven, microwave, integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, there is a Nespresso coffee machine, important for coffee lovers and busy professionals, who may need to work whilst away! Load up your car with all your favourite ingredients for those special meals in, or try the local restaurants and take-aways available a short distance away. Please add your recommendations to our visitor's book, for others to try. The kitchen/dining area comprises of a free standing, dining table and bench seating. You can push this back when there are fewer people or pull it out when requiring to seat more.
To help you relax and put your feet up, we have provided a range of books, mindfulness colouring, puzzle books and puzzles. There is always something to do.
Those of you who do need to work, while you’re away, have Park Wifi available to you, but we have also provided our own 4G Wifi. You’ll find USB points in the lounge and both bedrooms. There are multiple places you can work quietly. The master bedroom provides a light, peaceful working space and has a dressing table, ideal for anyone who needs some privacy to work.
On those cold, wet days turn on the central heating and the stylish, electric fire, relax on the comfy sofa under a warm, soft throw and feel the stress disappear. You can even run yourself a warm bubble bath to help you really unwind.
Last, but by no means least, is your night’s sleep. We consider this very important! Your luxury accommodation sleeps up to 6 people. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room. The twin room has two, comfortable 3ft single beds. There is a TV in each bedroom, great for teenagers needing some space, or toddlers who need entertaining at 6am! One of the sofas unfolds to a comfy, double bed and has all the comfort of the lounge.

We are Jo and Colin, two very busy professionals. After very busy periods of intense working, we love nothing more than exploring beautiful locations to recharge our batteries. Health and well-being is of paramount importance to us. We are both therapists and educators. We discovered this beautiful, sandy location of Golden Sands, Mablethorpe whilst exploring the Lincolnshire coastline in our Motorhome. We never tire of walking along the sandy shores. Even on those cooler blustery days, there's nothing more refreshing or invigorating. Whilst we love our adventures and exploring in our motorhome, we decided to invest in a little retreat here. We wish to share this both with our loved ones and with others. It is our hope, that sharing our little retreat will benefit others as it does us.
