We ask for a refundable Security bond of £100 required with booking.
A £50 non-returnable deposit is required to secure your holiday with full payment made 6 weeks before your break.
No barbecues of any type to be used on decking.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping in the van.
No depositing of cigarette butts in vans internal bins. Ashtrays are not provided so please be considerate if smoking outside.
All damage caused either accidentally / intentionally to be reported asap to ourselves. If for what ever reason we are not available please seek assistance from Haven customer services.
Damage caused by guests to the caravan or fixtures may be charged against the security bond. We may pursue additional costs of the amount from guests if it exceeds the bond amount of £100.
Strictly no over occupancy. This can result in you being asked to vacate the property by security, and loss of your security bond.
Van to be left secure ( windows and doors closed and locked) when unoccupied .
No charging of electric vehicles from the vans mains electric. This is in breach of the sites rules and is a fire risk. If found, you will forfeit your security bond.
Cancellation of holiday less than 12 weeks prior to arrival will result in loss of £50 deposit, unless holiday period can be re sold.
Cancellation of Holiday less than 6 weeks will result in loss of holiday costs. If period can be re sold then a refund minus the £50 deposit will be considered.
A medical letter from GP will be required if cancellation due to medical reasons is requested less than 6 weeks of arrival.
Please take time to read Havens terms and conditions for when you, or members of your party are on the park, As breaching them could result in you being asked to leave the park.
