We are a family who purchased our caravan in April 2021 . We enjoy holidaying in dawlish and thought while we are not using our beautiful van why not rent it out to families, who can also enjoy reasonable holiday prices in dawlish.

We have a 4 bedroom caravan that sleeps 8
With veranda and outside furniture.

The park has lots of things to entertain all ages
Adventure playground, fishing pond, lovely walks, indoor and outdoor pool, sun terrace, The Club house has kids entertainment in the day and evening, Family bar, amusement arcade. Mini mart shop, situated in the reception area, there is also a launderette onsite, pets welcome . There is a 10 min walk into Dawlish where the train station is, lovely walks access to beach, arcade and food stalls.
The club house serves food. Dine in and takeaway.
Please note all activities including swimming must be pre-booked.
You will need family passes for swimming and bingo.

Arrived on our week holiday and caravan lovely inside and out so clean lovely decking area to sit at and alexa that goes outside to listen to music outside, kids loved it with all the different games and the TVs in each room with loads of different dvds from them great caravan and holiday park to stay in. Loved the swimming pool and the owner of the caravan are great if you have any questions you can ask them and they message back over all a great holiday and caravan to stay in.

Absolutely beautiful caravan and positioned perfectly for the amenities. A lovely quiet site ideally located for a short walk to the beach and local areas. All those little things were normally forgot are there on arrival, you really have thought of everyone!! Great value for money. We look forward to booking again on the future!!! Thanks again

We were absolutely amazed when we arrived at this caravan. So lovely and homely with so many extras, PlayStation 3 with loads of games, a million dvds, alexa, a wonderful air fryer, lots of toiletries and condiments, tea Coffee and sugar, just too much to mention. The decking is beautiful with colourful lights all around, very clean and tidy, spacious tvs everywhere, a decent hair dryer and straighter. We even had guess who and monopoly. It was near to the main entertainment building but not too close that it was noisy. It was very peaceful. The owner, Kelly was very easy to contact and replied immediately to any questions I had. Will definitely book this one again, my boys are 10 and 11 and thought it was brilliant. Fantastic holiday.

We’ve had a lovely week in Kelly’s fantastic caravan. I have never stayed in a caravan which offered so many extras, from an air fryer to music on the decking and a box in the bathroom with anything you may have forgotten. Kelly was easy to contact and quick to reply and help. We will definitely be booking again. The dogs loved the freedom of the decking and the walks to the beach etc. five stars from us .
