The caravan has heating throughout.
Living area wrap around seating , dining table with seating for 6, TV & gas fire.
Kitchen area is well equipped with a full-size lpg gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.
Three bedrooms of which the master has a double bed, the second and third bedroom each has two single beds.
Separate fully fitted shower and toilet.
Bed linen is provided.
Two well behaved pets are welcome (free of charge). We do provide bowls for their food and water.

The booking is for the caravan only and does not include Park Dean entertainment passes, passes can be obtained at the park's reception at extra cost subject to availability (not pre bookable).

If booking mid October to mid March, facilities on site are closed.

Bookings are plus a £75 refundable security bond. returned within 7 days of departure as long as property is left clean and with no damage.

This was our first stay in a static caravan and it was lovely! Very well equipped, clean and comfortable and great value for money. The children loved the games and the play area. We were toasty warm even through a big storm and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We especially loved being so close to the beach. Very Clean Caravan, The Hosts Were Happy To Help In Anyway Possible Answering All Questions With Out Hesitate,The Caravan Has All The Facilities For A Lovley Stay, Beach Is A Short Walk Away With Amazing Views,Local Pub And Indian Which Were Both Amazing! We All Really Enjoyed Our Stay And Cant Wait To Visit Again, I 100% Recommend This Caravan And The Hosts! Thank You For Such An Enjoyable Stay!
