**No Hidden Extras** The price includes Wi-Fi within caravan, Bed linen supplied and fitted prior to arrival (except Travel Cot bedding).

Our 3 bedroom 2021 static caravan is situated in a quiet position of a no through road with wraparound gated decking and outside seating area.
Table and chairs for outside dinning and private parking for 2 cars.

This homely caravan offers Gas central Heating and is Double glazed.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x 4ft 6'' x 6ft 3'' bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 x 2ft 3'' by 6ft single beds
Bedroom 3 - 2 x 2ft by 6ft single beds

Our travel cot is a Chicco Lullago Zip which is good for small babies or slightly older as it can raised or lowered as required.
We also have a bed guard and very basic pushchair (No Lay back) Please provide your own bedding for babies using travel cot.

Whilst we supply bed linen we do not supply Towels - Just Hand towels in the bathrooms.

We would appreciate that upon departure everything is switched off and the caravan is secure. Please make sure bins are emptied and food removed from fridge and property is left in the same condition as found. We understand that the odd accident can happen, and we would appreciate it if you reported any breakages so that we can make sure replacements are there for future guests.

If booking through myself a:
- non-refundable Deposit of £50 is required within 3-days of booking in order to secure your stay
- Full payment is requested 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date
- A £100 damage and breakages deposit is required (this will be returned to you within 2 days once the home has been checked.)
