Our deluxe, central heated, double glazed caravan with the luxury of a dishwasher and two shower rooms is situated in the quieter ‘Green’ area of the park, just a short walk from Reception and the amenities.
We have a veranda with a table and 6 chairs, plus a lockable gate if you have young children playing outside. There is parking for one/two cars, with additional parking near the Reception.
The accommodation consists of a central lounge and kitchen/diner, double bedroom with en-suite shower at one end, two twin bedrooms plus a further shower room at the other end.
The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa with scattered cushions, coffee table, additional heating of an electric fire, 43” smart TV, DVD player, small DAB radio, lamps, with an excellent Wi-Fi router.
The kitchen/diner has a table and seating for 6 people. The fully fitted kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The utility cupboard in the kitchen area has a small vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan & brush, outdoor airer, pegs, and outdoor seat pads
Double bedroom has a small tv, two wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, stool and plenty of additional storage, a hairdryer, tabletop ironing board and travel iron. Twin bedrooms have wardrobes, drawers and additional storage.
Duvets, mattress protectors and pillows are provided, but bed linen and towels are not. To save you the inconvenience of bringing your own bed linen this can be hired just ask.
Included in the rental is a Waterside entertainment pass giving you access to the Venue and Sports bar.
Passes are not included for the swimming pool, but can be purchased either daily or weekly at Reception.

We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure the dates you require. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
An additional £100 refundable security deposit is required, which will be returned after the caravan has been inspected following your departure, and everything found in good order.
No charging permitted of electric vehicles from caravan, charging bays are opposite Reception. No BBQ on decking or near it and no E cigarettes to be left charging at night when van is empty.
There is entertainment available during the day for children, along with family entertainment in the evenings. Waterside also has a heated indoor pool with water slides, a toddlers splash pool and an outdoor pool. The luxury of a spa, gym, sauna and steam room. A soft play area and amusement arcade is situated in the Sports bar. The Shack where you can enjoy a drink or a coffee while the children play in the sand play area. Another play area can be found adjacent to the Spar convenience store, there is also a football pitch.
There are plenty of places to eat on site too, including the Southside Bar, Sports Bar, The Shack and a fish and chip/pizza take-away.
Civil proceedings may be issued in the event of any damage costs over and above the £100 security deposit.
