Owner's booking terms
1. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. The keys are in a key safe and you'll be given the code on the day of arrival
2. The lead person booking must be over 21 years old
3. The occupier will be held responsible for any loss or damage of equipment during the stay, including not leaving key safely locked in the key safe upon departure
4. No smoking,or vaping inside the caravan. If found otherwise it will lead to loss of your security bond
5. We cannot accept liability for any personal injury, loss or or damage which any of your party sustain
6. If any person of your party displays anti-social behavior your whole party could be evicted from the park by Haven without any compensation
7. We cannot accept liability for any disturbances due to other holiday makers or works taking place around the site
8. All our guests agree to take care of the caravan and leave it in the same state in which they arrived.
9. The maximum sleeping capacity of the caravan is not to be exceeded. This is to comply with the fire and safety regulations. Exceeding the maximum number will result in the immediate loss of your holiday and a forfeit of the costs.
10. Charging of electric vehicles from the caravan is NOT allowed .
DOGS :If you our bringing a dog please bring it's own bed and do not allow it on the sofas or beds.
For insurance purposes we require the home address of the lead person booking , also email address and contact number, the number of people staying including names and ages. Also a
bank account number will be needed for the security bond return.
Payment through bank transfer, please ask for payment plans if needed
CANCELLATION POLICY
Before 8 weeks: Loss of £50 deposit
6 - 8 weeks: Loss of deposit plus 25% of balance
4 - 6 weeks: Loss of deposit plus 50% of balance
4 weeks or less: Refund of security bond only
In case of unforeseen circumstances than can lead in cancelling your booking on our behalf a full refund will be issued
Cancellation policy is strict, so please have travel insurance in place, in case you need a cancellation 8 weeks or less before arriving, and dates can only be moved to a different date only if your bookings is more than 8 weeks ahead
On completion of a booking, once the form has been signed and returned with a deposit, an agreement has been made between yourself and the caravan owner and the above terms and conditions are considered read and agreed on ...Show less
Important information
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking and outstanding amount to be paid full 8 weeks before your arrival. If time of booking is less than 8 weeks from arrival date then full amount will be required at the time of the booking. A security bond of £100 will be added to your holiday price to cover against any losses or damages caused, and will be refunded within 3 working days once the caravan has been checked by the cleaning stuff.
Haven entertainment and facilities passes are not included in the price, but if required you can buy them separately from the park's reception or 12 weeks in advance on after you stay has been registered with Haven . This will give you also access to Seaview holiday park, Weymouth Bay's sister park next door, accessed via a pretty nature walk. ...Show less
