Our beautiful 3 bedroom Swift Bordeaux caravan is now available for holiday rental. Situated on the popular Haven Doniford Bay site in North Somerset which is close to the village of Watchet,
We our situated on Ocean View which has stunning panoramic sea views, of Watchet Lighthouse, Minehead and in the distance Wales.
LOUNGE: Our holiday home benefits from a comfortable and modern lounge with free standing furniture and sea views, 42" flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, , fixed units and an electric flame effect fire. The caravan has central heating and is fully double glazed throughout.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Our holiday home has been fitted with an modern kitchen which includes built in full-size fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all crockery and utensils. The dining area has free standing table and chairs. We have also provided an ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner for your convenience.
BEDROOMS: Our holiday home has three bedrooms:
A master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and 32" Smart TV, which can also fit a travel cot.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with fitted wardrobe, also comes with a 24"Smart TV
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and plenty of storage plus 24" Smart tv, The twin beds can be pushed together to form a second double bed if required.
BATHROOM & TOILET: Luxury double shower fitted with glass door, with internal lights, toilet and sink and heated towel rail.
MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE: This holiday home has the luxury of an addition toilet with basin, ideal for larger families.
HEATING: Our holiday home is double-glazed and has full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday in any season in comfort.
DUVETS & PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED, BUT LINEN & TOWELS ARE NOT SO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.
PARKING: Our holiday home has its own drive way besides the caravan.
CHECK IN: Check in is usually from 3pm with no need to queue for keys as keys are available at the holiday home upon arrival. Check out is usually before 10am on the day of departure.
Summer holidays is usually Friday-Friday & minimum stay of 7 days
RESERVATION / PAYMENT:

Full payment of the agreed amount is to be paid within eight (8) weeks of the date of your stay. If payment is not paid within eight (8) weeks, we reserve the right to offer the caravan to other parties.
If you cancel your stay within six (6) weeks of the date of your stay without justification, we reserve the right to return the full amount less £100 (to cover losses for potential bookings).
An additional security deposit of £100 is required to cover any unlikely repairs to either the holiday home or surroundings.
The security deposit will be refunded in full following confirmation from either the owner, or the contracted cleaner that no damage has been incurred during your stay.
We feel our holiday home has everything you need to a have an enjoyable holiday at Doniford Bay, if there is anything extra which you need please do not hesitate to ask as we will try to accommodate sensible requests.
Please note we do not have Wi-Fi . Haven can offer this to you
Breaks can be taken for 7 nights Friday to Friday, 3 nights Friday to Monday and 4 night Monday to Friday. (Unless Summer Holidays)
Onsite facilities include: Indoor & Outdoor swimming pool, kids club with the fantastic Funstars, evening entertainment), adventure playground, clubhouse, restaurant, Spar, fish and chip shop and outside bar (weather permitting)
Our caravan is cleaned by a private cleaning company and will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
It is a strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan and sadly due to allergies we cannot accept pets.
In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings.
