The caravan is let on a self catering basis.

A strictly no smoking policy applies.

We are a dog friendly caravan with a maximum of 1 well behaved and house trained dog

We supply furniture throws for use for dogs that do not like to sit on the floor, so that the furniture is kept clean for other visitors.

The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated so can be used all year round.

The season for rental is from March through to mid January including Christmas and New Year.

The caravan has an open plan kitchen area with a full size cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle,toaster and a good selection of cooking utensils, plates glasses and cups etc.

The caravan has an open plan dining and lounge area.
There is a dining table with seating for eating. (Sits 4)
Also plenty of room in the lounge area to just chill out, or watch the 42 inch flat screen television with Freeview.

The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe space
Bedside cabinets with lights
Hair dryer provided.

WC with wash basin.

The twin bedrooms has two single beds and a wardrobe

The main bathroom has a large shower, sink and WC.

We supply bedding for the bedrooms -Sheets, duvets and covers. If you prefer to bring your own as some people like to please let us know.

Please note we do not supply bedding for the sofa bed so if you will be using this please bring your own bedding for that

Tea towels are also provided so you only need to bring your own hand/bath towels and toiletries.

Iron and ironing board available.

WIFI is available on the park through Wifinity at an extra cost.

There is free WIFI at the local
Tesco and
The Honeystone Pub
and various other venues in Hunstanton.

Entertainment/swimming pool passes are available from reception at Manor Park for the facilities.
Not open all year.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and the total amount will be payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
