This is our privately owned St David caravan, only 4 years old,
38ft x 12 ft, positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac no through road of the prestigious Harbour View area of the park, which gives you a wonderful spacious holiday home to enjoy. It has lovely sea views, where you can sit and listen to the gentle waves, and literally watch the world sail by.

Access & return keys via a private key safe at caravan.
Check in - 3pm. Check out - 10am.

Our holiday home has full central heating, electric fire, double-glazing, carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm.
Garden area quite secluded making it more private, tall lovely hedged wall at the back so public cant walk between our caravan or cars.
Entrance into -the kitchen/dining room is modern & fully equipped with everything you need. Full size integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, gas hob/cooker/grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots and pans, utensils, place mats, chopping board, dust pan and brush, broom, hoover
Dining room: table and chairs for 4 people.
There's a welcome pack to help you get started including coffee, tea, sugar and milk upon your arrival.
Living room - balcony via sliding patio doors leads out onto the wraparound veranda where there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is a comfortable spacious corner sofa, which pulls out into a 4' double sofa bed if needed (spare pillows & duvet in master bedroom). We have a 42" TV, and Wi-Fi. There are also USB charger socket points in the lounge.
Main bathroom - has a toilet, wash basin and a walk in double shower.
Master bedroom - is spacious and has an en-suite bathroom, comprising of a full size bath with overhead shower, vanity basin, and a toilet. There is a double bed with overhead lights, bedside lamps and with a large double wardrobe and drawers, a dressing table with a integrated light and stool, and a 22" wall mounted TV. There is also a powerful hairdryer provided, and room for a travel cot.
Twin bedroom - has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double, and has a large full-length deep wardrobe and overhead cupboards for more storage, and a bedside cabinet.
All of the beds have mattress protectors. Duvets & pillows are provided which all also have white duvet and pillow protectors on them.
PLEASE NOTE : BBQ's of any kind are not permitted on the decking. This is for fire health & safety precautions, and it will also cause damage the veranda. Please use the slabs provided in the garden for BBQ use.
BED LINEN - you will need to bring your own bed and bath linen, eg. bath towels, beach towels, duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets etc, although these can be hired if you wish for an additional cost.
