Nice modern 3 bedroom caravan on Ocean Edge Holiday Park, Heysham Morecambe in peaceful location with decking and garden furniture. Uninterrupted seaview. 1 double bedroom, 2 x twin bedded rooms, 1 pull-out bed in lounge. 50" 4k TV with freeview, XBox(Selection of games), DVD player(Selection of discs) & Free wifi. Also included board games Parking Bay for 2 cars. Beds made up on arrival. Hairdryer. Towels and complimentary toiletries included for you stay.
Close to Morecombe, Lancaster, Lake district & Blackpool.

Description

*2023 new LVT (luxury vinyl tile 100% waterproof) throughout the whole van. All new bedding, towels, blinds & towel radiator.

The living area is open planned with a large sofa (pulls down into a double bed).

Large 50" 4K TV for Amazon Prime, Netflix etc.

The dinning area has table and 4 chairs, with easy to wide down cushion seat pads opposite the kitchen area.

The kitchen has plenty of room with an island, kitchen amenities include cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster & kettle, all pans/crockery/utensils included with lots of storage cupboards. Tea-towels and cleaning products provided. Complementary tea, coffee, sugar & milk provided.

The bathroom has a large and roomy shower and a new towel radiator. Towels and complimentary toiletries included.

The twin bedrooms consist of 2 beds, side cabinets and shelving with a wardrobe. Beds made up on arrival.

The large double bedroom is very spacious, includes a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside tables, a dressing table with seating.

Rooms are fully heated with double glazed windows.

Further to this, you get sea view from the gated veranda which can also be viewed from inside the static at the seating area and dining area. Close proximity to the main entertainment area which includes arcade games, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Showbar, Boathouse bar & restaurant, Sports bar, beer garden, children's indoor and outdoor play area, free wifi ,convenience store on site and launderette. If you want to be close to the coastal waters of the North West, Ocean Edge Holiday Park near Heysham is a great choice. Short walk from the beach at Heysham and a few minutes drive into Morecambe Bay, not far from St Annes, Blackpool, the Lake District and other areas for family days out.

Very spacious, clean and modern. Gas and electricity provided. There is a laundrette on site, wifi, lots to do from sports, gaming, walks, golf, fishing and site seeing.

Entertainment passes are available from the reception.

We have just returned home from a lovely stay in this lovely caravan. It was exceptionally clean with everything we could need and more. The sunsets over the bay were absolutely beautiful. We took our little dog poppy with us who was so relaxed and loved being there, the main facilities were dog friendly too so we could go get some food at night without leaving her. The owner keep us well informed and we had all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again

This caravan is in a lovely location with a great sea view.It was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.There was a very generous welcome pack and lots of information.The owner was extremely helpful and was on the end of the phone for any queries.Lounge area very comfortable with large screen TV and xbox games.Very dog friendly too.Would definitely return and highly recommend
