Hi my name is Simon I am advertising our caravan for my disabled parents. We spend almost all our weekends and spare time in the caravan ourselves and rent it out in between.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS... Welcome to our page for our luxury 3 bedroom 6 birth family caravan on unity in Brean Sands Somerset. We are taking bookings for 2023 breaks.

It is our family caravan so it will be in use by ourselves every weekend so we are only hiring it out Monday - Fridays. It is not available for weekends as any free weekends we will be in it ourselves.

It is 100 yards away from all the amenities and a short 5min walk from the fun fair, swimming pool and Brean play as well as 5mins walk from the beach.

There will be a £100 care and respect deposit required on taking your booking which will be refunded on inspection after your stay. Usually refunded 14 days after your stay. And strictly no pets no same sex groups no stags or hens and there is no smoking in the caravan.

Please note there will be no refunds if you cancel within 30 days of your stay. Thank you for reading.

Full balance has to be paid within 1 month of paying your deposit or you will lose your booking and your deposit. The prices include entertainment passes.

The caravan is a 5 minute walk to the beach and all amenities including the entertainment venue and fun fair.

I stayed here with my partner and children last year... the caravan is very spacious and close too all amenities including Rjs club and the beach...theres also a very spacious garden .....it was spotlessly kept and would reccomend this caravan to anyone.... perfect family break
