4 bedroom Delta Bromley Deluxe caravan for rent on the Sandhills area of BUTLINS SKEGNESS CARAVANVILLAGE.

The caravan has a 23ft veranda with table and chairs. A large grass area to the side and back of the caravan for the children to safely play.
1 parking space at the front of the caravan.
Fully double glazed with gas fire in lounge and a combination of air blown & panel heaters in the bedrooms.
There is one double bedroom and three twin bedded bedrooms, as well as a small double pull-out bed in the lounge.
Maximum guests 10 people.
(including children/babies).
Has been reupholstered and new curtains throughout in 2022.

Long fully equipped kitchen with an open plan lounge and dining area.
Under counter fridge with freezer box.
Large bathroom with double walk in shower and toilet. There is an additional toilet with sink.
42 inch Freeview TV with games console (PS2) and games. DVD player with a selection of DVD's for your enjoyment.
An iron, ironing board, travel cot, hairdryer and VAX hoover are also provided for your use during your stay.

Your booking comes with 2 adult and 3 child passes to access all the amazing facilities and shows at Butlin's Skegness!

Please specify if additional passes are required on your enquiry so that we can adjust the price accordingly.
All bedding is provided but BED LINEN and TOWELS are not.
However should you require it, linen hire can be arranged.

A £75 damages bond is required when booking which is returned after your holiday upon confirmation of no damage.
(£100 for adult only breaks).

A £50 deposit is also required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final balance.
THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING OR FAIL TO PAY YOUR BALANCE IN FULL BY THE DATE DUE.
Your holiday balance is due to be paid in full 8 weeks before your arrival.

Should you require more than the 2 adult and 3 child passes included, please indicate this on your booking enquiry to enable us to amend the booking.
Summer holiday bookings are 3, 4 or 7 night breaks. Change over days being Monday or Friday.

Adult only Weekends are priced per person, based on 4 adults. At least one guest over 25 years of age needs to be in the group.

Whilst staying we won’t be responsible for accident/injury or loss/damage of property on your holiday and recommend you take out personal travel insurance for this reason.
