Small pets may be allowed, please contact the owner prior to booking. If your pet is permitted it will be on the understanding that it will not be left unattended and will be supervised at all times. Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.
It is highly recommended that you arrange travel insurance to cover all guests. This will help protect you if you need to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances such as contracting COVID-19 or other unexpected events. The owner will not refund you if they are not responsible for the cancellation.
Only those named on the booking forms will be allowed in the caravan. This means in the event of a cancellation that you cannot sell your holiday to someone else. The person you have ‘sold’ the holiday to may take you to small claims court when they are refused entry to the caravan.
If you cannot pay the balance of the holiday, or you cannot honour the booking for any reason whatsoever, please contact the owner immediately. This will give them a greater chance to resell the dates and it will also save them from having to chase you for payment. They may even be able to offer you payment in instalments if you require help spreading the cost. However, you may need to make a claim on your holiday insurance to obtain a refund on any monies already paid.
Please have a look around upon arrival. If you find damage, please let the owner know immediately and send photos. This will protect you if the damage is found after your stay. If anything is damaged during your stay, please contact the owner immediately so that they can arrange
repair before the next guests check in.
We provide utilities FREE FOR FAIR USE only. Given the exponential rise in energy costs, in the event of excessive usage of either gas and/or electricity, you will face additional charges. Take care when the weather is cold. Please do not keep heating on when the caravan is empty. Please turn the heating off after the caravan has reached a comfortable temperature. Electric heaters are not to be left unattended at any time. Please do not wear on any areas of soft lino as this will damage the flooring and you will be charged for the replacement costs.
YOU WILL BE EVICTED IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT COMPENSATION IF-
• You have extra guests or pets staying that have not been pre-registered.
• You cause any nuisance to our neighbours such as loud music, fighting or shouting.
• If anyone is found to be smoking in the caravan.
• If there is any evidence of illegal drug use in or around the caravan.
• You park in areas other than those approved by the caravan site.
• If you park repeatedly outside or in a neighbour’s parking space.
• You breach any of the rules of the caravan site.
• If you dispose of your rubbish in areas other than the bins specified by the site.
• You cause any damage to the caravan that is deemed to be intentional e.g. smashing windows, TV’s, walls, mirrors, breaking any fixtures or fittings.
Prior to leaving the caravan please ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and back in place, that all kitchen surfaces and caravan tables have been wiped clean, bins have been emptied, the floors have been hoovered and clear of mess. Please also ensure that the hoover has been emptied after use. If you have used the oven or microwave, please clean any mess left inside. Do not leave behind any items in the fridge, and ensure this too is clean. In each of our properties we have left some cleaning products and cloths under the sink.
Right before you leave please dispose of any bin bags used in the designated bins on the park.
The caravan should be left in the state you found it in so our cleaning crew doesn’t have to spend extra time and delay the next guests.
Failure to keep and leave the caravan clean and tidy will result in the loss of your deposit. If our cleaners walk into a mess or are faced with having to do a deep clean after you leave, we will send you photographic evidence of the work that has had to be done.
If we smell cigarette smoke, or we find evidence of smoking inside of the caravan, walls will have to be washed down to rid the caravan of the smell and this will be classed as a deep clean.
Do not steal any property from the caravan or you will be charged and may face prosecution.
All windows and doors must be closed and locked when you leave. Failure to do so risks the security of the caravan and your deposit may be withheld.
Please return all keys to the key safe, and ensure that the numbers are mixed up afterward to stop someone from opening it. If you leave and bring the keys with you by accident you will be charged for the cost of a locksmith.
You may be fined if you leave later than the 10am check-out time (unless you have arranged with the owner a later departure). If our cleaners find that you are still in the caravan when they go to clean it, you will be charged if they have to return at a later time. This then has a knock-on effect and can mean that the next guests may have to check-in at a later time than specified, for which they will expect compensation.
If you leave the caravan before the departure date you will not be compensated unless this is due, in whole or in part due to the caravan owner being unable to provide the advertised holiday.
If you leave early of your own accord, please let the caravan owner know that you have checked out as we will be able to send our cleaners in immediately.
DAMAGE TO THE CARAVAN OR ITS CONTENTS, OR THE REQUIREMENT OF ADDITIONAL CLEANING DUE TO EXCESS MESS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR FULL OR PARTIAL DEPOSIT, AND MAY RESULT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT ACTION TO RECOVER ADDITIONAL CHARGES/REPLACEMENT COSTS. ...Show less
