1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. Also a small double pull out bed in the lounge.
It benefits from 2 toilets, handy if someone's in the shower of the main bathroom.
Games console along with a selection of games, a DVD player, DVDs and board games provided for your enjoyment.
Parking space at the front of the caravan.
Large veranda and rattan furniture.

Included at no extra cost you will find:
Watersplash - Indoor pool, flumes, lazy river, etc.
Funfair - new rides opening at Easter.
Entertainment - 3 venues on the main resort. Reds, Centre stage. Studio 36. Also 1 on the caravan side, the pig and whistle.
Skyline - puppet Castle, character shows and photo shoots, etc.
There is also a new playpark opening at Easter.

In addition to the above, for a small charge you will find.
Ten pin bowling, Quaser, Crazy golf.
Climbing activities, Go karts.
Snooker Hall, which also has pool tables, dart boards and table tennis.
There are bars, restaurants, shops, arcades etc on site.

Entry to swimming and reds entertainment venue has gone back to everyone queuing to get in, as it was before the pandemic.
Centre stage and studio 36 have 2 queues, 1 is for main resort guests who are able to book via the app and the other is for caravan guests.
Guests that have booked are only given a short time to arrive before the non booked queue goes in. The shows are also more frequent giving everyone the opportunity to see them.

Period before arrival within which notice of cancellation is received -
56 days or more - deposit will be lost.
55 - 42 days - 25% will be lost, plus deposit.
41 - 28 days - 50% will be lost, plus deposit.
27 - 14 days - 75% will be lost, plus deposit.
Less than 14 days - 100% will be lost, plus deposit.

Deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday or fail to pay in full by the date due.

We are strictly no pets and no smoking in our caravans, if this is ignored and the caravan smells of smoke or pets, resulting in the upholstery needing to be steam cleaned and carpets cleaned, your bond will not be returned

WE HAVE GOOD QUALITY TERRYS WATERPROOF MATTRESS PROTECTORS ON THE BEDS, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THEM.
IF ANY ARE FOUND TORN OR ARE MISSING, THE BOND WILL BE KEPT TO COVER THIS.
