Our lovely family caravan situated on Badger Court, 2 mins walk to entertainment Centre, has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom has an en-suite with toilet/sink, the master bedroom comprises of a double bed with a dressing table, 1 buffet, 2 side bed tables with lamps and wardrobe with coat hangers. 2 folding dining chairs. Travel cot with mattress is provided. Smart TV and DVD in master bedroom.
We have two twin bedrooms that have 2 single beds, (they can be pulled together to make a double) 1 wardrobe, 1 side table. All bedrooms have coat hangers provided.
All pillows and duvets and protectors are provided for all beds, including the pull-out bed in the lounge.
For your own comfort and Health and Safety we advise you to please bring your own fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow-cases, beach and bath and tea towels for your visit.
There is a spacious lounge area with a comfy 4-seater sofa (with a pull-out bed) and 2-seater sofa, with cushions, coffee table with 2 buffets, smart TV, DVD player - we have a choice of DVD’s that you can watch at your leisure, together with books/boardgames for all to enjoy.

Lovely family shower room with toilet, sink and large shower. Heated towel rail, shelving, cabinet, baby bath provided.
We have a modern contemporary kitchen / dining area which is equipped and space for up to 6 people, 4 chairs at table (but have 2 spare chairs in large wardrobe) gas central heating, double glazing throughout, blue-tooth speaker, electric fire (with remote control) and fully equipped kitchen with a under counter dishwasher, as you are on holiday after all.
The caravan is fully equipped with all new utensils, a gas oven with 4 hobs, and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, full sized fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, plates, pots and pans. even an ice cooler box/with ice packs.
There will be an inventory of all items provided in the van to check on arrival.
Outside the caravan patio doors, we have a front faced 4ft veranda withy steps, comprising of table and chairs to enjoy the morning or evening sun. We have a lovely lawn area for picnics or soaking up the sun or playing games.
There is plenty of parking next to the caravan and is perfect for families or couples looking for a short break or holiday.
In the summer we will be offering a “beach bunker” which provides garden sun loungers and items for the beach, such as surf boards, wind breakers, bucket and spades for the kiddie.
About 10 minutes’ stroll from the caravan is the Blue Flag 'Black Rock Sands' beach, a wide beach with fine sands and sand dunes, a stroll down the beach takes you to low-tide caves and rock pools. The beach itself has beautiful views of both Harlech and Criccieth Castle which are only short drives away from the camp. The area allows families to enjoy the great outdoors with close access to the nearby nature reserve and sand dunes. Also, lovely walking paths and cycling routes to be enjoyed by all ages.
The beach access is open to all (local charges apply) on arrival for a full day of sun and sea and have a resident ice cream van (in summer months). Off the Beach Road, there is a new Black Rock Beach Bar/ Bistro- great meals, great music. They also have a public toilet just in case…get there early in the summer to enjoy the whole day...there is an 18-hole golf course down the road for the budding golfer too!
There is a local bus stop at the entrance to the park, this runs to Porthmadog.
If you want to head off camp, there are several high street supermarkets, Lidl, Aldi, Tesco with petrol station, bakers, butchers, Wilkos, post office, etc take aways to choose from.
At the Porthmadog Railway Station there is a link to the Ffestiniog Railway & Welsh Highland Railways taking you all over North Wales.
Only a 10 min drive to the famous, beautiful holiday Village of Port Merion. Famous for the TV show back in the 1960's and the beautiful gardens full of architectural wonder... a must for all ages.
In order to keep our holiday home clean and fresh for all our guests, we would ask that NO pets are allowed of any kind in the caravan. Thank you! We do politely ask that the caravan is left in the same condition which it is found and that there is NO smoking inside.
Please note that the resident wild rabbits on the park, please be careful when driving around!
3 nights minimum stay is preferred. Although we do offer some flexibility. The Caravan has an alarm fitted, which is linked to the site office. Also fitted with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms.
Included in the price: Gas, water and electricity charges.

Check in : by 3pm – confirmation of approx. time required to register your arrival with camp office (as per camp policy)
Check out by : 10 am next day.
A Deposit of £50 as a non-refundable deposit to secure your dates, balance due for holiday 8 weeks before start date.
A £200 security bond payable prior to your stay and refunded back to you in full, if no damages have occurred in the van after inspection
A changeover Cleaning Charge: please note that a £30 per booking is added to the listing price.
