Abi St David 8 berth caravan for hire on Haven Burnham on Sea holiday village.

The caravan is fully double glazed with full central heating. It has 3 bedrooms, double bed in one and 2 singles in each of the others with a pull out sofa bed in living room, so comfortably sleeps 8, all duvets and pillows provided. The caravan has had recently all new carpets fitted through out and new lino in kitchen area. New curtains and blinds in all rooms.

It has a 43 inch wall mounted TV in living room with built in DVD player. Blue tooth speaker provided. There is a 22 inch TV in the main bedroom with double bed, which has an en suite toilet. There is a separate toilet and shower room.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, utensils, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is a full gas oven with hob. Integrated full size fridge freezer. Dining table with 4 seats next to kitchen, with a large corner sofa in the living room. Iron, ironing board along with hairdryer in the caravan.

French doors at the front lead on to decking which has a patio table and chairs with umbrella for those lovely summer days.

We are in a secluded area, which comprises mostly private owners, with allocated parking bay, on a one way road with no through traffic other than neighbouring caravans, but within easy reach of all the activities that Haven has to offer, including indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, climbing wall, entertainment venue, fish and chip shop, convenience store, burger king and amusement arcade to name a few. This year Haven are opening an open air stage, with outdoor bar. We are also close to the rear of the park exit/entrance which leads directly on to the beach, esplanade and town centre.

We do not provide play passes for the park, but you can easily purchase them direct from Haven. The maximum amount of guests in the caravan are 8. Anyone found to have more guests than the allotted amount, will be ejected from the caravan, with no refunds. This is a strictly no smoking caravan, including decking area and vapes-please respect this. Any one found to have been smoking in the caravan or on decking will lose security deposit. We require a security deposit of £200 to cover any damage during your stay. We have a full inventory, the caravan will be inspected at the end of your holiday, and if everything is in order with no damage or missing items, this will be automatically refunded to you by UKcaravans4hire-we do not hold this money. We will request a deduction from the deposit in line with any damages/breakages and return the remainder.
