Location: This holiday home is located on the Rose Bank area at Primrose Valley Holiday Park and has its own private parking next to the caravan. Its located around a 5-6 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access.

Outside Area: The side decking is enclosed with a gate and includes a table and chairs to use.

Living Area: The holiday home has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a large fixed seating area, a 42’ smart TV with Disney+, Amazon Prime and Netflix plus an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave and a 3/4 fridge freezer. There is a dining table seating 6. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 3 Bedrooms (x1double and x2 twins) sleeping 8 guests in total with the double sofa bed. We do provide fresh bedding for all guests staying in this holiday home. There is a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a toilet and wash basin separate.

Heating: The holiday home is fully central heated throughout and has an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the holiday home is from 4pm on your arrival date. On the holiday home we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the holiday home itself.
