Welcome to our caravan,. Its a spacious 2 bedroom modern caravan, double glazed, central heating with large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
Full width master bedroom with wardrobes either side of king size bed and plenty of storage cupboards (space for a travel cot), Twin bedroom and separate shower room incl wc.
The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, gas cooker. microwave kettle, toaster and all pots/,pans, crockery, casserole dish etc.
The lounge has wrap around seating, large 43 inch TV, gas fire and separate dining table with 4 chairs.
A door then separates the living area from sleeping area and down the corridor lies the 2 bedrooms and shower room.
Access from both doors onto the large side veranda with open views to the front and rear.
Pillows and duvets provided but please supply your own bedding and towels.
The site has direct beach access through a key fob operated gate.
On site there is a family friendly club, and a Launderette.
Opposite the site entrance is Woodys Bar that offers family entertainment and food.
We are a short walk to all the local bars, shops, takeaways etc
A 15 minute walk to Fantasy Island.
We are on the bus route, where you can get a day pass into Skegness.

£75 NON Refundable deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
If this is not paid we reserve the right to rebook.
A £75 returnable bond is also required at final payment date. This is returned once the caravan has been checked over and the keys returned.
