Cottage Waters - Holiday Accommodation 16513

Bookings are accepted subject to these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing: No visitors allowed in the static caravan please meet friends and family off-site so we can limit the number of people on our campsite these rules are still in place since Covid.
All bookings will form a contract between the Hirer and the Cottage-waters. A booking will not be secured until the payment of the deposit has been received making payment you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. Deposits are strictly non-refundable we recommend you get holiday insurance which you can buy very cheaply.
Outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday otherwise we will assume you no longer want your holiday Please note the cancellation policy. The care bond is payable with the final balance. if the balance of payment or damage bond is not received then the holiday may be cancelled without notice or refund of monies to date. The Cottage-Waters will not accept liability for subsequent loss ie. failure to pay for the holiday as required and the renter needing to book a holiday with someone else at a higher cost. The responsibility for payment lies with the hirer and not Cottage-waters.
The caravan will be available to the hirer during the period shown on the booking form. Cottage-Waters hold no responsibility for property stolen or damaged while staying in the caravan.
Only people named on the booking form may stay/ occupy the caravan no other persons will be allowed in the caravan during your stay, strictly no overnight stays. Overcapacity will result in you being asked to leave the park and no refund of the holiday or care bond will be given. The lead hirer must be over 25 years of age.
Taking dogs or other forms of pets into the caravan is not allowed unless authorised by management, and will mean loss of care bond and may lead to a cleaning charge if required. If pets are discovered during your stay you will be asked to leave without a refund.
External factors. The owner has no control over and cannot be held liable for external factors that could possibly affect a holiday, such as weather, local traffic, neighbours, fellow campers, taking ill, electricity, gas or water supply, television and mobile phone reception with Cottage-Waters. We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance which can be obtained very cheaply.
Strictly no smoking in the caravan or on the decking area. Smoking is only permitted outside the caravan on the patio area. Please dispose of cigarette ends carefully in the site bins – not in the caravan or on the ground around the caravan. Anyone found to be smoking in the caravan or on the decking will be asked to leave and no refund given.
Accommodation prices exclude optional extras like fishing this is very limited.
Park speed limits must not be exceeded in the park 5 mph. Park rules apply at all times.
In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to other users of the facilities, Cottage Waters reserves the right to remove offenders from the park without redress or return of refund.
Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other people on-site at all times 11 pm to 7 am.
Please abide by the countryside & seashore codes.
Please take care when walking around Cottage-Waters we are in the countryside there will be some uneven surfaces and there are some rabbit holes about!! please take care when walking around the site.
Do not disable smoke alarms. All electrical and domestic, including heating must be switched off when you are not in the caravan.
Check-in time is from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival. You will need to vacate the caravan by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Keys must be returned before you leave.
When booking the caravan it is intended for you. Extra parties are not allowed in the caravan All vouchers /codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Payment Policy
When booking a £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, a £50.00 care bond is also due to guests who haven’t stayed with us before.
Outstanding payment is due 4 weeks before your holiday starts.
Cancellation Policy
When cancelling within 4 weeks of the date of your holiday the following charges apply:

There is also an admin charge of 25.00 for any cancellation.

Up to 5 weeks – 25% of the price of your holiday plus including loss of deposit (care bond returned if applicable)
Up to 4 weeks – 50% of the price of your holiday plus including loss of deposit (care bond returned if applicable)
Up to 3 weeks – 100% of the price of your holiday plus including loss of deposit (care bond returned if applicable)
We strongly advise that you get holiday insurance which you can obtain very cheaply.

Your holiday is not transferable to another party. any vouchers used cannot be used with any other offer ,
