• We do not accept group bookings for Hen & Stag parties as per Haven policy.
• Bedding is not included in price; we do have a bedding Packaged available at an additional cost of £25. Bedding & bed sheet’s MUST BE USED. Beds will not be made up on arrival but will be in a bedding bundle ready for you.
• You will need to supply your own towels & dish cloths.
• We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your holiday dates and then this will be deducted from the final balance which is due 6 weeks prior to arrival or if less than 6 weeks full payment is required. We are happy to refund only if the park is forced closed with coronavirus. No other cancellation refunds accepted.
• We also ask for a £75 Damages/Breakage bond which will be fully refunded upon inspection after your stay, if all is ok this will be within 7 working days.
• Haven Passes are not included. Use of the supermarket, parks and takeaway only. Subject to coronavirus restrictions passes may be able to purchase separately but this is at the discretion of Haven.
• All we ask is you take as much care as we do and leave the caravan clean and tidy as you found it.
• Check in is 3pm but if the cleaning has been done and the sticker is on the door you can go in early.
• Check out is 10am on day of departure as the caravan will need to be cleared for the next family or us. Any late check out may be charged.
• If any of the above rules are broken, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.
