From our Poole Old Town base, we provide a comprehensive full-management service, taking the stress out of holiday letting for second homeowners and ensuring holiday guests enjoy a consistently high-quality service. All our properties offer a home-from-home experience, evidenced by the many satisfied guests who return year after year. Your Quay to relaxation Quay’s offices are open 6 days a week for guest arrivals and we can make arrangements for Sunday and out-of-hours arrivals, too. Our live website allows guests to book short breaks and longer holidays 24 hours-a-day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our ‘phone lines are open from 9.30am to 6pm daily. Quay’s directly-employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high. All properties are provisioned with linen and towels, including beach towels, ready for your use. A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits, crisps and nuts is provided and in the fridge you will find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival!

Three-bedroom, two bathroom park home located on the popular Rockley Park. Within a few minutes’ walk to Rockley beach where there are lots of water sports activities and Ham Common nature reserve - a fantastic holiday location for all the family.

Open plan lounge and dining area. The large corner sofa folds out in to double sofa bed (linen available on request). Fitted Kitchen with gas oven / grill oven above, gas 4-burner hob, fridge / freezer, and microwave. Main bedroom offers a 4ft 6 ins double bed with fitted wardrobe, small dressing table wall mounted TV and an ensuite shower room. Second bedroom offers 2x small single beds, bedroom three offers twin with 2x small single beds. Bathroom (shower, sink and W.C). Outside there is a decking area - a great spot to relax after a day out exploring!

Rockley Park facilities - Please note the park passes are not included in the price of the accommodation. Park passes for entertainment, facilities and on-site restaurants are available to purchase directly from Rockley Park. Prices are available on request.

Passes can be purchased for durations from Monday to Friday / Friday to Monday / or Saturday to Saturday. Passes can be purchased directly from Rockley reception or up to four weeks in advance (Rockley will require a code issued via Quay Holidays).

Facilities include indoor swimming pool, outdoor seasonal swimming pool (pre-booking required), restaurants, including Papa John's Pizza and Fish and Chips, amusement arcade, live entertainment lounge, mini-market and launderette. (Park facilities are closed from 4 Nov to 15 March).

Parking – One parking space.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Property is managed by the owner.

Technology - Flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, wall mounted flat screen TV in main bedroom. WIFI.

Kitchen - Gas oven / grill oven above, gas 4-burner hob, fridge / freezer and microwave. (Laundry facilities are available on site at guest cost).

Restrictions - No smoking. Dogs permitted.
