Cozy and modern pet friendly holiday home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker and hob. We provide a welcome pack on arrival which includes cereals and snacks and some coffee capsules for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Ample room to move around and lots of cupboard space. Cooking utensils and child friendly plastic plates and cups also included.
Double and 2 singles beds with a pull out sofa bed in the lounge suitable for children under 12 only on application. Ultimate comfort is for 4.

Parking space located right outside for 1 car and extra street parking on the street next to the park.
This is a self catering holiday. We do not service the site during your stay. We supply sheets, duvets and pillows as well as a standard size bath towel per person. Please bring towels for your pets.

Fabulous walking trails all over the North Yorkshire Moors and Dales and plenty of beautiful country pubs to visit. Home of Emmerdale and James Herriot, not to mention Wensleydale cheese and James Martin. A foodies delight, and plenty of places to walk it off!

all the beauty Yorkshire has to offer, the park lies in 90 acres of gated
park and 40 acres of ancient woodland.

The historic Watermill café serving delicious home-cooked food, teas,
and coffees while overlooking the beautiful river Nidd.

The Mill bar located at the heart of the park offers a family friendly
experience with children's play area at the side.

Hubbard's Cupboard suppling all your needs such as newspapers, milk, bread, eggs, sundry items and a delivery service for those lazy mornings when you want to lie in and let someone else cook breakfast. LIMITED WINTER OPENING HOURS.

Guests of the park can enjoy fishing a mile long stretch of the Nidd which is restocked annually .
